Bill did a great job and really hustled to complete all the jobs in just a few hours, including a rebuild on the toilet. We have an older home (built in 1970) that posed a few challenges but we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the price.

Made an appointment to have some work on Monday Nov 11, 2017. They said they would be there between 9 and 11 am. NO show, NO call. Called their office to see what had happened and still no call back. AWFUL customer service.

Probably the first time this section of the gas line was ever used. They confirmed problem was not with flow into the house, then determined what section where the blockage was located. They then opened up the line in crawl space, and using air pressure, removed the blockage.

Great! Plumber solved the problem and had the equipment to fix it

Oh yeah, they're good, they're good. We've had Brewer Plumbing Inc multiple times. They're good. They didn't seem outrageously expensive. They're on time. I give them A across the board. We have them down as our plumber of choice at this point.

Great! We use Brewer for all of our plumbing issues on our rental properties and they do a great job every single time.

The best part of the service was that someone actually showed up, and arrived on time. Too many contractors around here either say they'll call you back and don't; or even show up for an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Michael arrived right on time and was very friendly. (My St. Bernard liked him more than anyone else who has come into the house.) He performed the job efficiently and left me with a great deal of confidence in his work. I will definitely use Brewer again, and I hope I would get Michael.

Kevin is the tech who came to my property and fixed my issues. He was very friendly and knew his job. However on the receipt he wrote out for the items fixed and the hours on the job at my residence were wrong. Kevin did not show up till 8:35 am and he did not even have the right address on the work order. Just happened to be i was out in the front yard smoking a cigarette and he drove by and asked if I was waiting for a plumber.. The time I was charged for was off by 35 minutes. The receipt shows clearly that he arrived at 8:00 am which is wrong. I was charged a 1/2 hour labor more than he was on my job.

Great, had a cancellation and came within the hour. Professional young man took care of issue promptly and took time to give my fur babies a hug (he is a dog lover too).

Rob Hausler, owner of Brewer Plumbing, came out on a number of visits to meet with us to discuss exactly what we wanted, provided us with an estimate of costs, and the work was performed in a timely manner. We trusted them to have a key to our home so that they could work on their schedule, and they will be back to do more work in the near future. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism at Brewer Plumbing. Would highly recommend them to all Prescottonians!

The plumbing was fine. We were not home at the time but they were very cooperative. They met our expectations.

I have had Brewer plumbing to the house three times for different projects. They arrived on time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Being a perfectionist, I'm very picky about the end result. I have been completely satisfied with their work and expect them to be my contractor for plumbing work for as long as I own my home.

It went perfectly. We have been happy with Brewer plumbing on several occasions. We are almost ready for them again.

mike came right out when rob said he would, fixed everything but sink--ordered a part and should be out this pm.to fix it. to say we are pleased is an understatement!!thx angies and thx brewers!!

Rob was so helpful and courteous. His advice saved us the cost of an actual call. I don't know any other plumber that would do that. We would definitely call them when we need help again.

The provider was prompt and quick. The section that had to be rerouted was not straight-forward and easy. We have a 35 year old home that initially was not hooked up to city sewer. The price was very reasonable. I will absolute hire this plumber again. Very impressive!

it was an easy fix--the service man even said so! Easy access and drainage. then the area was hosed down. good response and good man!

Michael was simply fabulous. Friendly, punctual and he got right to the heart of the problem: where others had given up or left us with half a solution, he figured out the root cause, fixed it, and then explained to us what he had done in great detail. In the past, I've worked with "consulting engineers" - deeply-experienced professionals to whom other engineers turn when they've got a particularly challenging problem to solve. That's how I see Michael's level of expertise in the plumbing field: he's the plumber's plumber, a true expert. Where others had failed, he succeeded. This was the second time that his insight and experience have come to our rescue, and from now on, I wouldn't call anyone else in the Prescott area if I have any plumbing-related questions or issues in the future.

He showed up a bit late because of an accident on Willow Creek road. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 min. He even had a brochure for a tankless water heater that would work with the 1/2 inch gas line that I have. He was really good.

I had a semi emergency as a water valve was leaking into our house. I called several plumbers who were all to busy to come out the same day. Than I called Brewer and they came out with in a few hours. In fact they were earlier than they told me on the phone. The repairman quickly fixed the broken valve and than went the extra mile by tracting the water line through our house and finding where the original owners had hidden the cut off valves.

Great, finished quickly and cleaned up.

Brewer Plumbing Inc. did it very well. The service was excellent. Costumer service was excellent.
