Description of Work: This service was to upgrade a previous compatible system and service from standard telephone to cell based. The installer did not explain some of the features on the panel such as the one touch "Fire","Police", "Medical". I don't even know if they are active. Considering the true cost of the components, I felt the charges were a bit excessive.

+ -1 moreThey now have a office here in Prescott which makes things easier as they no longer have to travel from Phoenix. They are competitive with other companies. They are here when they say they will be here. They have done satisfactory work and have worked out fine.
Description of Work: They monitor my alarm through my phone line and through radio signal.
