BIDDLE OUTDOOR CTR

My sales person was great. Mr. Greg Biddle was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Because he could NOT perform the contracted service, I had to spend 5 months begging,pleading,threatening, etc to get my refund of a $4000 down payment. Be careful of this business. Sedona and Prescott.

We ordered a new cover for our Sundance above-ground spa. Over a month later, we hadn't heard anything, and I called in for an update. A gal told me someone would get back with me. A week later, I called again. The same gal apologized that "one of the guys" hadn't called me back. She said she'd get info and call back, which she did. She said the manufacturer had a shipping problem, and it had to get reshipped, and they'd call me again in a week. It is now 7 weeks after we ordered (my credit card was charged immediately). I called again this morning, and the same gal said she had to call the store in Sedona, since all orders are placed through them, but she'd call me right back. It's now been over two hours and I'm still waiting. Figured I'd spend my time wisely and warn others not to patronize this store. 2 hours later... The store called and said the cover would be delivered in two days. It was delivered then. Additionally they waived the normal delivery fee and fee to remove the old cover. So, it turned out not all bad.
