The job took about fours hours and was completed with only one mishap. The largest window (46" x 58") broke on removal and several pieces of glass fell out on the dining room, living room, and kitchen floors. This caused further breakage and many small slivers of glass. The crew offered to vacuum the kitchen and did. After they left, I noticed more glass slivers in the other two rooms and vacuumed them myself. The other minor point was the need to cleanup the excess silicone sealant that has oozed out between the replacement windows and the frame. I asked about this as I have seen it before. They told me to wait two days for it to cure and then cut it with a sharp knife or box cutter. I knew this was the case, but was surprised they didn't OFFER the information.

Excellent service and pricing. I was very pleased with their timely response, especially considering our out-of-area location. The estimate was better than the quote I received from a local competitor. The service technician was courteous and professional, and he was able to install the new window earlier than promised, which was an added bonus.

It took awhile to get the replacement order but when they finally received them they quickly called and scheduled the installation. All went very well

Bennett Glass came to our house, measured, and called us back with an estimate in just a few days. We had had another company out, and they measured but never provided an estimate, so I can't say whether Bennett's price was high or low. It seemed fair enough, however, so we placed the order. The windows were delivered and installed a couple of weeks later. Both the estimator and the installers were punctual and professional. We're very pleased with the job, and will not hesitate to use Bennett Glass again.

They are very nice and informative. I had them clean the headlight lens. They did not like the outcome and did not charge me. They fixed a crack in my windshield and recommended not to replace it for as long as we could keep the crack from getting worse ( about a year). The crack is at the base of the shield. I will have them replace my windshield when it comes time to do so.

During the recent heavy rains we noticed our Arcadia door had become fogged, which should not happen because it is a dual pane sealed with gas inside. We checked with a couple of large home supply stores and they said we had to replace the whole door, frame and all. Both stores told us this. They wanted $800+ to do the job. I had used Bennett Glass before so I stopped by to ask about the door. To our surprise they said the glass could be replaced in the door and they had one in stock. Their service technician followed us home and replaced the glass in about a half hour. Since the door was 15 years old I asked the tech to put new rollers on the door two. After it was reinstalled and adjusted, it's like a new door. I am always surprised at the cost of things the older I get. The new glass and rollers was $335, everything else was great, quick service, quality and attitude. I would use Bennett Glass again.

Initially, I was disappointed that I couldn't get an appointment to have Bennett come to my house sooner to give me an estimate to repair my 5 large horizontal sliding windows. However, that was the end of my disappointment, as Bennett called the day before to confirm, Carlos showed up today a few minutes early, and took a look around. He asked if I wanted the work done today while he was here. I wasn't expecting that, as I thought it would take awhile, based upon a conversation with another glass shop. He quoted a price (which I thought was REALLY inexpensive). I agreed, and he went to work. He did amazing work, was very careful and respectful, and was done in a little over an hour, spent time with me discussing what he had done (very thoroughly), and also discussed the other services Bennett offers. If you need glass/mirror work done, call these guys.

The window is in a hard-to-access location. Bennett did a good job. Bennett is reasonably priced.

From first contact this company was professional and helpful. I dealt with Josh who answered all my questions in a prompt and friendly manner. Josh is an awesome communicator. Josh worked with my schedule and the new windshield was installed quickly and professionally. I would definitely refer other customers to this company.

They did a fabulous job. They came right to where my vehicle was at work with the windshield and replaced it while I was there at work. They were fabulous. I think my husband called them one day and it was even one or two days later that they came out with the glass for the windshield because I had a rock in my windshield and it was moving across the windshield a lot, so they have to order the glass. They came out the next day after he called and got that glassed replaced which was great.

Called Bennett Glass for an estimate on replacing the 48 inch round glass top for our patio table. Talked with 'Dixie" and she quoted us $150 for a clear tempered glass top. We brought the table top ring in for final measurements and had a new glass top ordered and installed within a couple of days. While I was there I asked if they could replace a Pyrex glass face for my shop light, they were able to cut me two new glass cover plates for my halogen bulb shop light at a very reasonable cost of $10.00 each. I will definately utilize Bennett Glass again as I remodel my new home. They are very reasonable in price, quite professional and provide ideas for other options which saved me money in the purchase of my patio table top.

We called several area companies for estimates on these three windows and all of the estimates were fairly close. Each sent out people to look them over. Bennett was the only one that gave me an estimate quickly and put it in writing. I spoke to a girl at the office to arrange all the details for installation. They sent someone out a second time when I officially ordered the windows to make sure all their previous measurements were correct. Their installation of the three windows was great. You might wonder about the cost for three windows at $600. One was pretty much a standard rectangular window while one was trapezoid in shape near the top of a cathedral ceiling. The third window was curved at the top in a half semi-circle. Weird! It took two installers a couple hours to take down the old windows and put up the new ones. Everything was done very professionally.

The representative showed up on time with the replacement window, remove the broken window, installed the new window and was done within minutes of his arrival. Very professional, and at a good rate.w

When I contacted Bennet Glass, they sent a representative out who was knowledgable and provided me with information which was helpful in me making the right selection for replacements. Their estimate for the work was higher than most but to me it was worth the money to get the job done right the first time. Their estimate as to how long it would take to get the windows in to their shop was accurate and they set up a day for installation. They were on time, did an outstanding job on the work and cleaned up afterward. Although higher in price, I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

We purchased a foreclosure home with many broken windows. Bennett's serviceman was frlendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. We got a call with our bid quickly, they faxed it to my office and followed up with a mailed hardcopy. And again, excellent customer service from friendly people. We had another 'Prescott' glass company bid on the job and the guy they sent out was rude to my wife, and they whined about putting it in writing, and as I expected, never a written bid for the job. We knew it wasn't going to be an easy job but the folks at Bennett appreciated us and the work and I was glad to write them a check at the end of the job. Go with Bennett, you'll be glad you did.

I needed a new windshield on my Toyota FJ. My insurance company gave me a list of repair shops and I picked Bennett because I drive by the shop frequently and thought I'd give them a try. I was able to make an appointment in the same week. Because my vehicle has a unique windshield they said I would have to come to the shop for the replacement. They had it replaced within 45 minutes and I was on my way at no cost to me. They offered free chip repair. As it turned out, a week later I got a rock chip and brought it right back. I needed three chips repaired over the next 6 months and they did them all at no cost. Great service. I will use them again.

Bennett Glass was fantastic. I had a huge crack in my front windshield. I needed a replacement and called every glass place in town. Not only was Bennett the cheapest by $50, they were one of the few that could fit me in for the work that same day. They took my car on time, and they were done with the work faster than expected. All in all, I highly recommend them.
