Description of Work: Purchased a TV and soundbar from them. Installation and buying experience was fine. A service problem developed with the soundbar and it took over 7 months to work out an exchange. First, they said the responsibility was their buying group's and they were not responsive. Then the whole issue got lost in the bureaucracy, among the dealer, the buying group and the manufacturer.
