AZ Heating and Plumbing worked on my mother's 100 year old house.
Dank, dark, and smelly conditions. I watched him work the whole time
and he didn't even charge me any extra for doing so. ;-) Travis was the
technician working on the furnace. The furnace was about 45 yrs. old
and to my knowledge, had never had anything replaced. Travis worked
methodically, replacing the pilot assembly first, then the gas
regulator, and then the valve assembly until the furnace worked. I was
very glad to not have to buy a new furnace.
Travis was good. I would recommend him to others.

Called them late October to schedule..because I was a new customer and it was not an emergency, they couldn't schedule me until mid-November. However, on 11/15, Austin showed up right on time, did the appropriate work on the furnace, and we were billed for the prearranged house call charge. Austin was very straight-forward and honest, and I would definitely use AZ Heating and Cooling again.

We've used them repeatedly. They are the same day or next day service, and good in an emergency service. We're used to the people and have gotten to know them. They are polite and efficient. They have even replaced our furnace. When we got our furnace, they wasn't included in the tax refund. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
