Apache Appliance Repair

Excellent. Very knowledgable, professional, and could not have been happier. Will definitely use Mike again for all our appliance repair needs.

Our dishwasher stopped draining near the end of the cycle and it was emitting a terrible burning plastic odor. We called Mike on a Monday & he was here Tuesday morning. When we told him we had broken a glass in the unit he immediately suspected a problem with debris in the pump. He found some pieces inside the pump & cleaned it out but checked several other parts before reinstalling the pump. The dishwasher was tested a couple of times to make sure it functioned without any odors or leaks. Mike was thorough and honest and did everything to avoid us having to purchase a new pump.

Mike Buchta did an excellent service. Fixed it in no time. Even offered to repair it on a Saturday.

.I called Apache Appliance and Mike showed up within 1/2 hour, explained why we were having problems with the installation. He quickly fixed the problem and expertly answer unasked questions we had but did not know how to phrase. I highly recommend Mike for his quick response and professionalism.

My dryer stopped working, checked Angie's list for a repairman, called Apache Appliance. The workman arrived on time, worked quickly, and repaired my dryer well! He also vacuumed up the mess the repairing process produced! Would definitely call the company for another repair.

I went to Angie's List to find an appliance repairman. Apache Appliance Repair is local and had one previous report, an A. I decided to give them a try. I called and was immediately impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the receptionist. The repairman, Mike had one opening for today. I had another appointment for the same time and could not be here. They immediately promised to rearrange the schedule and said they would call me and give me a new time for today. They did as promised, the repair was done, and my wife is beaming with joy because she can now dry our clothes. It was a pleasure to deal with a vendor who recognized the immediacy (to us) of our problem and took steps to accomodate our needs. I would definitely call Apache for any further repair appliance repair needs.

We called Apache when dryer #1 failed to heat (motor still ran fine) Repairman showed up the day we called, at the appointed time. He diagnosed the problem, had the required part (igniter) on hand and repaired the dryer. We then asked about dryer #2, which, while functioning well, had been making an odd rumbling noise. He checked it for no extra fee, diagnosed the problem and repaired it for just the cost of parts (which again, he had on the truck) We would call Apache Appliance Repair again, and highly recommend them.
