American Maid In Prescott

Terrible experience with Kimberly and her company. We confirmed 2 weeks ago that she can accommodate a same day check in guest cleaning. This means we have a 5 hour window to get the cleaning done. She confirmed this wouldn’t be a problem. We were excited because our past cleaners haven’t done the best job. Using Kimberly was going to be our first time using her company on this clean. We texted her yesterday to confirm she would still be on time. She didn’t reply the entire business day. I texted her again in the late evening and she responded “yes”. Then my wife and I wake up to her text saying “I can’t make it today, 2 girls on my team went out of town without saying anything” . My wife and I had to stop what we were doing right then and there, to drive up to Prescott from Phoenix to clean the house. I would 100% not recommend Kimberly or her company. This was our first experience/time using her and she completely dropped the ball and had poor communication to make it worst. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Kim did an incredible job. She is very persistent, skilled, and methodical in making the place look top notch (she is someone who takes pride in their work). I highly recommend.

We have been using Kim's services for a few years on and off as we try to control expenses. When I wanted to resume the house cleaning - I knew who to call. Her prices are fair and her team really works hard and does a thorough job. Very nice people. I highly recommend 'Maid in America Prescott'.

I was amazed! Being disabled it is hard for me to deep clean. Calling AMERICAN MAID IN PRESCOTT was by far the very best choice. I compared other cleaning services ( One service very well known and liked by many) and was shocked to see that the reviews were shown to be dissatisfaction and dismal at best! When I called AMERICAN MAID IN PRESCOTT, THEY BOOKED ME FOR THE NEXT DAY! Kim told me it would take around 4 hours and being able to leave for the day, I went ahead and scheduled them to come in. She also gave me a good price quote. (Being cautious with my money, I asked if that was firm, she guaranteed me, it was). I was so happy to come home to find they had left everything in order, and beautiful! I thought it looked better than the day I bought it! I called to thank her and pay for the service and asked if I owed them any extra money. Surprised and delighted, she said the price quote she gave me was all I needed to pay! ( I really thought there would be hidden fees)! There was not! I am truly happy with their professionalism. Consistancy and end product! My house shines again. Thanks to all the hard workers, I can rest easy in a clean and sanitary environment! Yes, they sanitized! With Covid I was worried. I am a happy customer! Thank You AMERICAN MAID IN PRESCOTT! The house was clean while I was at work and the housekeeper had a spare key. It was nice to come home to a very clean home as it looked I was never there. Great impression on guest.
