 + -1 moreOur air conditioning unit was not putting out cold air. Bob Sheetz of Affordable Heating and Cooling (Phone: (928) 778-2647) came out and checked the unit, did some quick troubleshooting, and solved the problem quickly (change the filter with one that allows more air flow) and without the need for parts. As I don't know much about a/cs, he could have taken advantage of us and charged for repair work that was not needed. Thanks Bob!

 + -1 moreThey came through another company and so we just paid for the service call. I don?t know what they charge. Everything went really well when they came out. The gentleman that came out here brought his boss with him and he has been out here before too. The boss has 30 years of experience. The guy who came out couldn't find the problem, but he knew that there was a problem. We were really satisfied about the way they came. They also fixed the problem and we have no more problems. He was very courteous and there was nothing wrong since he tested everything. He didn't know everything, but he did know when his boss came. I heard from them immediately when I called them. They were out here early. They were very courteous. They had uniforms on to be identified. We would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: We used the services of Affordable Heating and Cooling Co on January 3rd to check out the gas heater coils.
