Description of Work: Contacted Yavapai Plumbing to have a hot water heater recirculating pump replaced. The lady who answered the phone stated that someone would be in touch with me about an estimated cost and scheduling of the work. I waited four days, no replay, called again and than waited four more days. I guess a $500 job is not worth their time. Called another Angie List plumber, quoted me over the phone and scheduled an appointment, based on my schedule, for two days later. I would not use Yavapai Plumbing.

Description of Work: They installed a radiant heating system together with a roof-top solar water heater. There is a problem with how the two systems were linked together. They didn't put adequate insulation in the garage so that the cost of using the system is causing an unusually high consumption of propane, approximately 1700 gallons of fuel during one heating season. I have called the installer and the owner and they no longer respond to me at all regarding the problem.
