Ryan was great and most instructive in operating the system!

My overall rating is based on. The two times they have been here. The first time they were here to install my drip system I had to call them back because they did not install all the new lines as I asked. Instead, they just spliced into the 10 tears old line in the backyard. Then when I removed a bush in my front yard I found part of the line that is sticking up two feet in the air. When I sent them pictures of it the response was Alrighty, Thank you and that was it. The second time they came out was to fist one of the valves on the system that was giving a fault. The gentleman that came out was very professional. Fixed the issue. I asked him about fixing the issue with the line that was stocking up in the air and he said it could be run under the concrete walk like it should have been and that the 9ffice would call me. That was the last I hear from them. I guess I am going to have to hire someone else to fix that issue or do it myself, and with a bad back that will suck.

Poor workmanship. Hired Yavapai Landscaping for 4 hours to trim, reduce and round all shrubs (front & back yards) and blow both areas. Both workers should have trimmed shrubs, remove all clippings and then blow the yards. One person trimmed (did not understand what I meant by reducing & rounding the shrubs - some were somewhat done while others was not) while the other started blowing (prematurely). Yard was not blown - dried leaves and debris still under all shrubs & surrounding areas, piles of dry leaves and clipping remain in the yard. Indian Hawthorne shrubs were trimmed after the supposedly blown yard leaving clipping on gravel or blown under the shrubs. Since my time was about to expire I rushed them to the front yard to trim shrubs and blow yard. Needless to say, it was not done as I instructed. Clipping and dry leaves still remain. One person blew the area in front of the gate and blew the leaves inside the gate and left it in the corner - unbelievable. Called Jan to complain about the lack of workmanship - she said the workers told her I was sitting in in the patio all the time they were there (I was) and felt I was happy with the work (wrong) when they left. She also suggest that I buy another hour @ $130/hr to correct the problem - what audacity - why would I pay, again for inferior workmanship - INSANE. Wrote to Nathan Green on 6/3/20 to express my dissatisfaction with the work - if he is a reputable and concerned owner, he should respond to my letter - time will tell. P.S. My husband was sitting on the patio with me - he got so angry he had to retreat into the house.

Hired them for Fire mitigation and brush clearance. Best of 3 competitive bids. Work was excellent. Three person crew stayed on the job for 8 hours with little breaks. Very responsive to our needs and continually asked what else they could do while performing their work. Very happy. Will hire them again for additional work.

Gave me a quote totally out of line with how long it took the crew to finish the job. They had 2 hr minimum they finished in 1hr and 20 min and they charged me for 3 hours. Charged me over $100 for the dump. They also took advance payment and had to talk to them twice to get a refund.

They did a great job. Reported as scheduled . Worked diligently from start to finish. I specifically asked that they leave the chips so I can use them elsewhere on my property. They complied. Removed four large, ancient trees that threatened to fall on my home and had to be taken out. Roots had been compromised in a recent storm. I really appreciated the skill demonstrated by the guys who worked high in the trees with chain saws, and those who provided critical assistance from the ground. This was definitely not their first rodeo!

I was told by Anthony, for $1,600.00 they would work all day (9am to 5pm) and complete job. They stopped at two left (3) three trees and one with branches on the roof!!! Now we need to hire someone thats honest. We will not need anything Home Advisor has to offer because of this problem.

Everything about the people was outstanding. There was a mixup on arrival time and I called them. They called a team and they came right over.

I was very pleased with all the work of cleaning up my yard.
