Arrived on time. Got the equipment ready for the job and went to work. They trimmed big Mahogany Bushes, trimmed trees and removed all of the weeds. They worked hard and steady for 8 hours with a break for lunch off property. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

The two gentlemen who did the work were exceptional. This is our third landscaping company and you are by far the best! The two men never stopped working and were so cordial! We did not get their names but hope they will do our next effort. They were here the last time and, because they know exactly what we expect, we hope they will be assigned to our home for the fall work.

I talk to Jan in the office all the time. We recognize each otherâ s voices. Always accommodating if I have to change my service day. It doesnâ t happen a lot but when it comes up, Jan is always there to help me. My service guy is Vern and he is always pleasant and extremely efficient. Iâ ve been with Yavapai Landscaping for many years and have always been pleased with their service.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB CUTTING SO MANY ELM TREES DOWN.

They got five stars for cutting the tree down. Grinding the stump 1 star is pushing it; I hired another company who did 5 stars on that. The salesman said he would do tree branches on another tree but did not write it on the work order, so that did not happen. I gave the check to the crew, who did not turn it in, so I had to follow up with the office.

Ted, and his team at Yavapai Landscaping, are outstanding! From our first discussion, Ted completely understood our vision and what we hoped to achieve. He provided us with ideas, options and educated us on the quality of different products/manufacturers. He returned all our phone calls/texts promptly, and turned around a competitive estimate for us just hours after viewing our property. Ted's team at Yavapai, started our yard weeks ahead of the projected timeline. They showed up every day on time or even early...always with smiles, good music and the best attitudes. We actually looked forward to seeing them each day! The end product is everything we could have hoped for. We have a place for our rocking chairs out front...to sit and enjoy our morning coffee, and the backyard as our place to have fun and unwind. The backyard design allows for our kids to run, play Cornhole, Badminton, and catch, while our 90lb Rhodesian Ridgeback chases them around. The natural gas fire pit and extended patio with custom pavers, give the adults a perfect place to bbq, enjoy good food, view the fun and sip some wine. It's also important to note, that the administration at Yavapai is also top notch. Communication, invoicing, payments and any questions were all handled efficiently and in the kindest manner. We highly recommend Yavapai Landscaping, for anyone with landscaping needs!

prompt response for quote @ receiving 1/2 of money to start. hard for me & them to connect by phone for scheduling. now leave phone messages for them & e-mails. nobody responds. i'm going to ask for a refund. will never hire them in the future.

If your considering using this company we would highly recommend you do not In our opinion they are most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. This company did our entire landscaping including putting in a built in bbq with a concrete countertop which they said we would love. The countertop was supposed to be polished concrete which we have been told it is not by several people. We also found out they had never done polished concrete before. The used pavers to build it (which appear to be used pavers because they are all chipped) the concrete countertop looks horrible and they did not have the gas line inspected. We had to call the City and have the landscaper dig up the gas line for the City to inspect. Yavapai was not happy with us and basically said it was our fault. The sod they put in half of it never took which they will not stand behind. Anything that is wrong they tell you it is your fault. Our experience was a nightmare with them. In our opinion the owner is a horrible business person with no customer service skills and his sales manager is no better than a used car salesman that tells you what you want to hear but does not do what was promised. I would run as fast as I could away from this company.

My husband and I have been trying to get someone back out here to REMOVE the stumps, as per our contract. We have been told on 4 different phone calls, someone would be out on Monday. Andy, was walked through out the property and shown exactly what was to be done. The quote was 1/2 down, 1/2 at the completion. Andy told my husband it would take about 3 to 4 hours to remove the clump of stumps we wanted removed. Ok, so we opted to go for the whole day, as any time leftover more smaller stumps could be removed. We are getting the run around. NOT GOOD BUSNIISS!!!
