Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Prescott, Arizona

Initial services were great. I was always left a receipt at the door. The last two services that I paid for I did not receipt or proof of services complete and pests would now start to appear. I believe these services were never completed. Additionally, they are charging me for an extra service that I never agreed to. I would avoid this company and look for a smaller locally owned solution.

They are very conscientious, do a very thorough job and take the time to answer any questions we have. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome pest control service. We have had an annual contract for quite a few years. They're always here when they say they'll be here! If we have special needs (mice partying in the attic) between quarterly scheduled services, all we have to do is call; they send someone to shut down those mice parties! Great service!

Place was over run with ants and spiders when we bought it. No issues since hiring Truly Nolan.

They were fabulous. They came and explained everything they would do. If I had any questions or problems, they would come back. They come out quarterly. I did see some ants. I called them, and they were out on June 30th as well. I know we called them fairly quickly. I thought it was a little high. They did do an excellent job. When someone kills a thousand cock roaches, its an A. I signed up for the year. Its the quarterly visits. I will probably sign up next year.

Left message with Angie's List for them. They 'responded' several days later with an auto-message via Angie's List, saying they would get back to me. Never did. I left a message on their website for them to contact me; never heard from them. I tried calling the number listed on Angie's List and in the phone book; no answer. Called another company, who responded very quickly.

Nobody ever showed up, nobody ever called.

They had been great. They provide good service and they are punctual. I would give them the highest rating. I would use them in the future as I am on a contract with them.

Truly Nolen comes every quarter to battle the numerous pest we have on out 2 acres property and they do a great job. We hired them after hubby nearly got stung by a centipede on the bedroom carpet. We have not had to kill any other crawling pest in the house since Chris was first here and we have big spiders, black widows, tarantulas, etc here so we are thrilled!! Although they are a little pricey, the $35 a month charge is worth it for us.

I was fortunate enough to have Jeff arrive to take care of a mouse in the house!! I ended up I had 4!!! He was prompt, courteous and even though I am truly terrified of them, he seemed to understand and take care of the problem. He explained to me they will get in any little tiny space so he put stuff in every crevice he thought they may come in. He followed up several times to check...what a wonderful service man!!! Friendly, honest and got the job done in no time!!!! Would highly recommend JEFF at Truly Nolan!!!

Awesome customer service from ALL of their staff. The initial sales call was very informative and detailed. The inspection and first treatment was very extensive. The follow-up staff and technicians are AMAZINGLY courteous! The office staff will bend over backward to insure customer satisfaction.

Estimate was extremely high for the problems noted. The suggested services seem to be overkill to a great extent.

Came and performed termite inspection - had to crawl under home where it is very dirty and "buggy". She gave me a full description of the conditions. I also asked for a proposal for regular pest control and she left me a proposal in writing. She was very friendly and helpful with my questions. She obviously has a lot of experience and was quite knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with her work. And after all that the inspection was free. I certainly will use them for my future inspections.

I had some unidentified (by me) what looked like wood powder accumulating in tiny piles from under the wood siding of my home in a two foot area. I thought "termites"! I called Truly Nolen out of Prescott and asked if they did free inspections to which they said YES! The lady on the phone was VERY helpful and asked if someone would be home the next morning between 9am and 11am to which I replied "yes, my 88 year young mother will be here". The service coordinator Jeff called my mother the next morning and said he would be here promptly at 9:30am. Mom said he was on the dot! Jeff was very polite and professional as she showed him the area in question. Jeff took a sample and analyzed it and said it was insulation granules and suggested I caulk the underside of the gap. All this effort at NO CHARGE! It would have been so very easy for an unscrupulous company to say I needed a termite treatment and wracked me for thousands! I have the utmost confidence in Truly Nolen for this display of honesty and they will most assuredly have my business if the need arises!

Set up appointment with their office. No one came at the appointed time. Stayed home all day to make sure I did not have the wrong time. No one ever called to explain or reschedule. Will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. Called another company and got prompt response.
