+ 0 morePC Works did a great job of removing the virus I knew about and multiple others that I was not aware were infecting my laptop. The soperting speed has significantly increased on my computer. I brought the laptop into the shop in the morning and was able to take it home that afternoon.

+ -1 moreVery well. With minimal explanation by me and maximum comprehension by PC Works I got exactly what I wanted. I just sat back and the tech did everything MUCH quicker than I expected. Not a hobbyist, but a degreed Computer Science expert. They also have computer sales, web hosting, design, on-site service, free pickup and delivery, remote repair, upgrades, training. and everything else. Very good customer service and communication, good advice. Family business.
Description of Work: Set up home network, resolved security problems, uninstalled problem-causing security software, installed superior security software, installed new OS and drivers on one (of three) computers.
