 + -1 morePleasant experience when agreeing to services by phone. We had them provide services for us monthly for three months, believing the company would redeem themselves. We had agreed to spraying inside and outside, including block walls and detached garage. Every month a different technician would arrive, not at agreed up time, and not know where they were to spray, inside? outside?. Wanted to explain why we cancelled service after months, and employee didn't want reason why, just ok to cancel.
Description of Work: Sprayed for bugs, inside and out.

 + -1 moreDescription of Work: Called twice to get service. Both times a young lady took the call, took my information and said a technician would get back with me within the hour. Haven't heard back from them 4 days ago and 10 days ago respectively. Not judging their work in the field obviously since nothing was ever done.
