The owner refused to do the work, claiming it would take hours. I hired another landscaper and they finished the requested work in a little over an hour and did a better job on the rest of the cleanup. Not only did he refuse to do the work, but he was rude to my daughter and just left.

I've been using Steven for several years now and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. He is professional and very personable and does exactly what you ask for. His prices are reasonable and the main thing is that I'm very comfortable using his company. I've never had an unpleasant experience or been dissatisfied with his service.

Steven Masters and crew were very professional, timely, courteous, and accommodating. While maintaining the yard as the house sat vacant for a year, they provided pictures of the yard when requested. They even came twice on occasion during the monsoons when weeds grew back quickly. They charged $70/mo to spray the rock areas around the house, and $280 to weed-whip the property and haul away the tumble weeds which was reasonable for our remote location within the county. I would definitely recommend Quality Masters and would use them again.

He came out and wrote everything down and said he would email me with a estimate. He never called or emailed. I called him on Sat. and he said he didn't want to do the job. He said I needed a gardener. What then does he do? Very disapointed.

He is flexible and professional. He does quality work. Our neighbors saw the work he was doing and asked for his name. Someone saw the backyard he did and told me it was the best they have seen.
