+ -1 moreMark, the owner came out and gave us an estimate for the tinted security film. He explained the different kinds of film available and showed us samples of the tint. His price was in line and we set up the job. Mark did the installation carefully and it was obvious to us that he was choosing to do a quality job rather than rushing through. The disruption was minimal and he cleaned up well. The film looks good--and by that I mean we notice the tint but the film itself is not really noticeable which means a proper installation. Mark and wife Suzy run the business. They are friendly, call back when they say and our dealings with them were excellent. We would use them again.

+ -1 moreI talked to the owner's wife and she was very short with me at the time. When I said that I would take to her husband later and that made her angry and she hung up. They traced my number and he called me and left a phone number to call him back. I called him back and he was very angry about the situation with his wife when I didn't even say anything bad. He started cussing at me.
