High and low spots in my LVP, come to find out there is cardboard boxes from the LVP to hide the high and low spots. They actually used snd glued the cardboard boxes to the foundation and glued LVP down to the foundation. They gave be wrong size blinds and damaged every cabinet. I starting to see more and more corners cut along with my granite that was dropped, chipped and seemed back together. Pictures below

We went to this store as it had high ratings on Angie's List. We spoke with sales consultant Pam. Pam was informative, relaxed and had an obvious mastery of floor coverings. We soon decided to get an estimate for our job. Tony came out, did the measurements and gave us the estimate. No pressure at all. The estimate was not a bargain but we do not mind paying if we get value for our money. We did. Carpeting was ordered and installation scheduled. The father and son team arrived on time with the correct product. They were courteous, conversational and very good at their jobs. They moved furniture without complaint and went over and above by moving a large safe out of the way. We'd thought they would carpet around it but they just moved it instead. The work was done well, in a timely manner and they cleaned up. In all, a very good experience.

Description of Work: Installed Quartz counter-tops in kitchen and two bathrooms. Everyone was very nice as well as professional and the results were terrific. Compliments continue to roll in from friends, family and other visitors as well.

It is wonderful. I am very happy with them. They messed up on appointments. I sat here all morning waiting for them to come. I called them. They said that had goofed up and that they weren't even scheduling us that day. I jumped up and down, yelled and screamed a lot and got them to come out. We are planning on using them again in the future.
Description of Work: They came out and put wood-look-like porcelain tile in my husband's office. We had a closet redone. They put the vinyl lookalike burn wood in the closet. We also had them come out to cut our granite countertops to fit the bigger cooktop stove.

Description of Work: Primera Carpet One worked with our painting company on timing of old carpet and tile tearout, then installed new tile and carpet after the paint job was done. We were impressed (amazed, actually) that the newly-painted baseboards were not at all scuffed. Primera's installer rocks! Even our painter wanted to know who we'd bought the carpet from! Thanks for a job very well done!

Description of Work: Ripped up carpet in living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms and installed click-in vinyl. Only issue was after removing baseboards they opened the front door too hard and the doorknob made a hole in the entry way wall since the doorstop was no longer there. Installers did rough patch the hole, but now I have to paint the entire wall. Also noticed a large scratch on one fan blade on a bedroom fan which we assume they hit with the baseboard after removal. Other than that it was a good job and I would use them again.

The service went very well. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it timely, within the price they initially offered. They had some things to do with when they did laminate because the floor underneath, the concrete, was uneven to begin with. But they absolutely managed to work something out.

Jeff came with his team and did the install.? We stayed overnight in a hotel as they started early and we were told it would be two days.? Our home is small with one bedroom.? I had a few issues after the installation and they were very prompt in coming back out and dealing with the issues.? My floor is a beautiful hardwood...it was expensive, over $5000.00 for just over 350 sq. feet.? I sincerely believe you get what you pay for and really am enjoying my floor.
