Prescott Valley Screen

They came out and gave us an appraisal and within 1 week they fabricated and installed the screens on our home. Cathy and her husband were friendly, efficient, and did the work quickly. We have been happy with their work and the reasonable prices. We plan on calling them again for an upcoming project, possibly solar screens. Sorry for the late review, we are still new to the wonderful resource Angie's list provides us!

I was quoted a price when I called and then again when I brought my screen in for the work. Then when he called to say it was finished, the price was 20% higher than quoted. Then when I questioned the higher cost the owner was surly and rude. He threatened to cut the screen out of the door and I could then pick up the screenless door. Find someone else for your work.

The door was installed appropriately (after a short delay) and we are now satisfied. We thought it would be entirely installed on the first time out since it was "custom" and measurements were taken by them. It took about a week to finally get it completed and we like it very much.

Our neighbor across the road, had just applied new Sun Screens to their front windows, self-installed, because of the intense summer sun coming directly in their front windows, they even invited me in to see and feel the dirrerence it made. I was amazed! Called up Cathy, one of the owners, at Prescott Valley Screens. She was very thourough and informative on the phone. My husband and i went into this local shop (easy to find and not far from us in Dewey). We were very impressed with their samples and multiple choices of color, clarity, and strength of sunscreening. We ordered them on Jul 3rd and they were ready for pickup on July 6th. We had the choice of a service call and home installation; however, it was not that big a project as we were only looking at 3 smaller windows, all the same size (approx. 46and quot;x40and quot;), so we felt we could handle it ourselves and save money - and we sure did! They supplied us with the screws and metal latches used to hold the screens on for easy application and removal. It was very simple and quick. Can't say enough about the workmanship and quality of the material. Totally impressed - have already received a lot of compliments from our other neighbors and have given the company our highest recommendations. Cathy and their crew are all great!

Met at a Home Show a few weeks prior. Estimate was made quickly reasonable. Service was requested a few weeks later. Screens needed a week and a half for fabrication. Initial order was for screens to be delivered and installed due to personal vehicle size and time constraints. Notified by phone after having to make the call and not receiving one, was informed that I would have to pick-up and install myself. Screens were too large for car thus creating a hazardous driving situation. Installing was not an option for me after checking window and tools. Installer was called the following day for installation and did a great job in a quick time. IMO cost was higher than expected for install.
