+ -1 moreDid not go well. Many of the tiles were not up to standard and installer laid them anyway. When I saw this I complained and company sent more tiles, many of them in the same shape as the last batch. I had to select the "best of the bad" and go thru the very messy job of the them breaking up the tile floor again with it's accompany dust and dirt to have a floor that I am really not satisfied with. I was going to have carpeting installed by them but after this experience I cancelled the order.

+ -1 moreDid not go well because the messages were never returned to see if they even repair granite. I don't know if I'd ever use them because I've never had the chance to speak with them.
Description of Work: Never returned phone calls on granite repair. Left Tina/Granite manager two messages within 4 days. No response, not even a polite call-back if they do not do the work.

Description of Work: We had PG fabricate 2 kitchen, 3 bathroom vanity and 1 laundry room counter tops. The entire staff was friendly and patient with all our questions and changes. Aside from running short on the number of slabs that were needed to complete the job Tina made it right. Very professional!

+ 0 moreI can't praise the cutters from Prescott Granite enough. They did an outstanding job matching and cutting the materials. We choose the Revolution Wave, which is much more difficult to cut and match up with the backsplash. It turned out fantastic and they even made me a window sill out of my material to match up. One more plus was that we were able to participate in the layout of the slaps. I really liked that. The Installers did a great job to install the countertops. Very clean and efficient workers. Cleaned up when they were finished. Everybody who comes into my house comments on the counter tops. I am more than happy with the whole job. I would definitely hire them again. Update: On the island was a very small nick in the materials. After talking to Tina about that she said that someone would come out and take care of it. They did and I can't even see where it was. Excellent service.
Description of Work: Cut and installed my Quartzite Countertops which we purchased through Arizona Tiles and Lowes.

+ -1 moreSomeone from Carpet One came out and inspected the flooring and agreed that this board with the very big ugly knot should be changed. I am waiting to hear from them when this will be done. Also I should get credit for materials I was billed for but did not get used. Quite a few hundred dollars. I will see what happens. Update: They did send someone out to change the board. It looks much better. Plus they also agreed to credit me for the materials which where not used.
Description of Work: We purchased Armstrong Hardwood Flooring from Carpet One. They insured me the Installer they use work for them and that they are not using self contractors. Well these guys just stormed into my house on Monday morning dumped tools wherever and treating my house like a construction site. I have never seen anything like that in my life. | They were told that I would be living in my house while the flooring was installed and that the bedroom has to be done first. Not so, Monday afternoon came and NO BEDROOM done. Had to find some place else to camp out. This guys will NOT EVER set foot into my house again. |When I complained to the company about this I was told these are the best guys they have. |Hate to see what the other ones are like. |The flooring I have chosen is the Handscraped Hickory which of course has the natural look and the little knots which I like. These guys assured me if there is a board which has VERY large knots in that they would not use it. |After the work was finished, here smack in the middle of my living room was a board with this gigantic knot with a big hole in it. I was absolutely horrified and asked them to change it. The response was NO it can,t be done. |So here I am $8700.00 later every time I walk into my Living Room this ugly thing is starring at me. |NOT A VERY HAPPY CAMPER!!! |

+ -1 moreEntire process was great. Very nice people to deal with. Everyone I met was very nice and professional. All counter tops were installed as scheduled and they look beautiful. I would use them again and highly recommend Prescott Granite.

+ 0 moreThe install went well. The whole process of picking out the granite went very well, allowing us to go to the granite supplyer to view the slabs as a whole 3 slabs total. After the template was sent to the granite fabricators we were part of the decision as to which slab was put where in the layout. That was a huge plus to me. The good rating on quality was the installers made one mistake, which was having 2 support columns cut down by 3/8 of an inch when the real problem was they didn't screw the base down all the way. Thus after seating the screws I had to glue the pieces back in the top of the column which can be seen. Other than that the install was professionelly done.
