Mary Ellen is in the type of service that you hope you will NEVER need: a repair job. But should you ever find yourself in the position of needing a surface repaired, thank goodness she is in business. Her business flyer's tagline says, "Miracles and Magic", which is not an exaggeration! When a contractor accidentally put a hole in our fiberglass bathtub, we thought we'd have to replace it, or live with an unsightly patch job that would hopefully be mostly waterproof. We were AMAZED with Mary Ellen's work! When she was done, you would never know that there was a hole there. Not only is it waterproof, and structurally sound, but it is completely unnoticeable! Mary Ellen is not just extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but she is professional and considerate. Despite being booked out for weeks, she took time out of her personal schedule to squeeze us in so we wouldn't be without a place to shower. And while she was at our home, she was so kind as to help us remove some scratches on our laminate flooring. We can't say enough about her craftsmanship and consideration for others, and we would be happy to have her work on any surface in our home in the future.

Tub cracked and chipped, called her 5 times to repair the chips, At the time of original repair she stated she was the best and it would better than new. Upon tennents vacating the duplex they told me it chipped 6 months after she repaired it. She wouldn't even return my calls so I would reccommend you to hire someone else that will stand behind their work.

She worked miracles on a tub that looked like it was ready for the dump - after she got rid of all the layers and got down to the real problems. It was a pricey job, but well worth it since removing the tub unit would have been much, much more costly!! I now have a new tub that better than brand new. Plus she warranties her work!!!

Mary Ellen and John came over and Mary Ellen told me that it would cost $225 to repair the two chips. They were in the house for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and worked their "magic" on the tub. I can only say not only were Mary Ellen and John fantastic, but Mary Ellen's work was beyond belief. Just tremendous. There is no way anyone can see where the chips were.....and they were ugly black chips. Mary Ellen found other areas in the tub that were scratched and she took care of them too. I've only had two other people in the area that I have used (Steve Schwartz electrician/owner of Angler Electric and Clinton Cardlin Owner of Creative Brothers...tile/granite.........both Steve and Clinton are on Angie's List) who were of Mary Ellen's caliber of work. Areas of Mary Ellen's expertise are (from her brochure): Restorative Repair Specialist/Hard Surface, Custom Color Matching, and Surfaces repaired----Fiberglass, cultured marble, acrylic, porcelain, formica laminate, wood and veneer, ceramic tile, and appliances. If you have the need for Mary Ellen's services, you will not be disappointed...you will be extremely happy!!! I just can't say enough good things about Mary Ellen's work.....absolutely tremendous
