Description of Work: We have used this trash company for several years and at first my main complaint was that the time was inconsistent. For the last couple of years, the container was put back upside-down in the ditch at least 75% of the time. I have back problems so it's very inconvenient for me to have to fish it out. 3 weeks ago I had to request a new one as the old one had split down the back. I gave them a week and called again only to be told it had already been done. Interesting that we keep it behind a locked gate, so how the moron could claim that, I don't know. It took a rude manager and 5 more days of saying it would be delivered and not before a replacement finally arrived. In other words, don't believe anything they tell you. My husband hates changing anything or I would have changed immediately to arrange less expensive company who take care of their customers instead of backing an employee who lies about work done.

+ -1 moreI have dealt with many business's in my lifetime, and I have never, never dealt with a company so inept! Every time I get one problem fixed with them, another pops up within a week. I talked to their manager last week, he was supposed to call me back the same day. I called him back earlier this week, was told he was on the other line and would call me back. He didn't of course. Then yesterday I go out and see they replaced my dumpster with a bigger one that I didn't order. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Description of Work: Weekly trash collection. Plus, if you have more than fits in the collection barrel you just bag it and place it near the barrel, they will pick it up.

+ -1 moreThey are everything you want out of a trash pick up service. I like that if you pay for a year in advance they will give me a months worth of service for free. They always pick it up on time and when they are supposed to. They also collect the recycling now which is really nice. One time I even forgot to put out the trash and I noticed the man walked up to the house and picked up the trash even though I didn't have it by the curb.

+ -1 moreTheir prices are competitive with the four other companies in the area, and they're probably the biggest. They're reliable, they take what they say they will take and they provide the good service they commit to provide. They come every week and if there's an issue or a change, they communicate it either with the billings or possibly emails. There's not a whole lot to communicate though.
Description of Work: We use Patriot Disposal for trash removal. I've been using them weekly for five years because Prescott Valley has contract trash pick-up as a city service so it's a continuous service.
