It was fine. Chris showed up when he said he would. He managed to get all the locks to the same key because the doors each had a deadbolt. He was very polite and quick. The locks work great.

To say I was pleased is an understatement. Chris finished the job in less time than I had thought possible, and all the locks work very smoothly. His price was also excellent, especially for the quality of his work. He was very friendly and professional; and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

I needed a hole drilled in a door with no deadbolt and forgot about the timing so called Norms at the last second. They not only responded in time and drilled the hole but also prepped the door jam too. And they were not going to be the lock installer either. They did a great job, timely, friendly, everything you'd want!

They're booked when they called but they came the following day. They're super responsive. They came when they came. They did what they had to do. He was fine. We didn't use him extensively but I would definitely use them again if I had to. It's a standard price.

Came out within 2 hours of the call. Rekeyed all my locks and provided 5 new keys.

He came out on Saturday despite the snowy weather.... that's right snow in Prescott in April. He came on time and worked quickly and efficiency. I will always call Norm's for my locksmith needs. Thank you.

He was prompt and tried to fix my existing front door lock. The lock was not repairable so Chris recommended that I purchase a new front door hardware from Home Depot. I had not been able to talk to an actual person at the other locksmiths I had called, so I'd left messages and had not heard back from any of them. The lady who answered the phone at Norm's Lock and Safe was very prompt and courteous. The workman was able to come out the same day, but we had difficulty finding a compatible time. The receptionist was wonderful in working with me to set the appointment. The worker arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He had the locks re-keyed and made me extra keys in a jiffy. I was very satisfied with the personnel I dealt with, with the wonderful service, and thought the price was very reasonable for their quick, efficient service.
