Eric and his team are great! Eric arrived on time (he called ahead of time to let us know his ETA). He went over each opener to make sure they were operating properly and made adjustments to the sectional doors where needed. Our doors and openers are 14 years old and they're operating as if they were just installed! Thanks Eric!

The installer and his helper arrived punctually and assessed the door and the rails. They assessed the space for the center bracket and determined it was insufficient for the installation. They recommended two alternatives and priced them out to us rather than not have a door opener installed at all. He returned to the shop to obtain the parts needed for one of the alternatives and was back within the time frame he stated. The parts were installed, tested and worked! The installation was completed and the door works perfectly. We were pleased with the home show discount and the additional parts were only a $40 increase over the original amount. The installers were professional and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.

Very, very early on a Wednesday morning (2am), one of the coils on our garage door snapped when my husband pressed the button to raise the door. Later that morning, we called several highly rated garage door repair places (found on Angie's List, of course), and Neumann High Country Door was the only one available to come out that day (or even that week!). Two gentlemen arrived later that day and clamped the broken coil for us until the coils could be replaced on the 24th. They did not charge us anything for their time or for the clamp. Unlike other companies with 24 hour emergency services, they did not charge us anything for an emergency call, either. Mike came out on the 24th and replaced both coils, lubed the whole system, and even replaced the split seal. He completed the job in about an hour. He thoroughly tested the system to make sure the coils held proper tension. My husband and I are pleased as punch with the expeditiousness, professionalism, and quality of work performed by Neumann High Country Door. We will definitely call them again for any of our garage door needs!

On his first visit, Joel installed a temporary splint on the broken garage door spring (1 of 2). The house & door are 17 years old so he had to order the new replacement springs (I asked him to replace both springs). Joel arrived today with the 2 new springs and quickly installed them. Then he made sure that both garage doors were properly adjusted, oiled, and in otherwise good working order. This was extra service that I was not expecting but really appreciated. This is the 2nd time Neumann High Country Doors has done work for us. We are completely satisfied with their service.

They are absolutely wonderful. They have done everything they said they would do. We have had no problems. The price was very reasonable. They are delightful people.

Estimate was delivered by email after technician came to the house. The install was done on time and no changes in price. The insulation made all the difference in the world in cooling our garage down. Our door is larger than most and the springs were upgraded to make everything stay running smoothly after the additional weight of the insulation. I would highly recommend and use them again myself.

I was extremely happy with the responsiveness and skill level of the technicians. They sent out 2 guys to perform the work, which was great because it allowed for the work to be done in half the time. The previous company I called to look at my opener when I first started having issues with it was not near as knowledgeable as this company was. I should have called Neuman first, but now I know what company I should use for all my garage door needs. They even removed my old opener and gave me a minimal discount on the service they performed, even without guarantee that my old opener even worked properly. I highly recommend this company
