Casey & crew are very responsive, very professional and very reasonable. They cleaned up after they were finished & they were innovative when installing the outdoor unit due to the terrain. I will use them to replace my upstairs unit when required.

Poorly. Tried several times to get this done, was told someone would contact me. A had the same thing happen 6 months ago. For that service when I finally got it scheduled, they showed up with the wrong part resulting another weeks delay. I will not beg to be served and am working on finding a replacement for Moyer's.

.Excellent. My AC failed on a Saturday night at the beginning of a heat wave. I am poikilothermic, so this is urgent. Of all the 24/7 HVAC companies, Moyer's was the only one where a real person answered the phone. They were here Monday morning and worked until the unit was up and running, including fixing the atrocious work the original installer did (Air Advantage).

I used MOYER'S HEATING and COOLING

I inadvertently shut the gas off to my father-in-law's mobile home while doing some work around it. The furnace is very old (vintage 1980). It was a Coleman Presidential II. I thought I could light it myself, but had trouble. I called Moyer's Heating and Cooling on a Saturday. The technician, Brad, called me back about 10 minutes later. He told me how much the service call would be (was higher because it was a weekend). I decided to have him come out.. I wasn't sure he would be able to light it, but he did. I was happy with the work. Brad was very professional and friendly.

My experience has been very positive because the technicians come when they say they're gonna come, it's easy to make appointments for the annual service and they make good recommendations. My communication with the techs that show up is very good since they explain what they're doing, what they find and what the benefits are of making a change now if something is showing an inefficiency or a likelihood to quit on you in the near future. If it's not operating at specification they'll say, 'It's weak and it could go out and you'll lose your air conditioning. But we can replace it now and while we're here you don't pay any kind of service charge. When you have a contract like that there's usually a discount on the parts and service as well and you get priority if you have a problem and have to call them to come out. I don't have any issues with them or I wouldn't be using them.

I would recommend them.
