Our original HVAC packaged unit was severely damaged in a hail storm. The insurance company paid for a new unit. Indian Air had a reasonable price and was very easy to work with. They installed the new unit on the day scheduled with no problems and left everything clean. A "white glove" job. We have had no issues with the unit one year on. They also recommended and installed an additional return duct due to the old returns not being sufficient. I got a second opinion from an HVAC engineer and he also confirmed Indian Air's recommendation for the additional return duct.

I called in last week for a service repair on my air conditioner. I was so impressed that Indian Air was able to get to me that very same day! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also felt that I was charged a reasonable amount. Great company!

Description of Work: In June, Indian Air removed two 11 year old complete HVAC systems and replaced with two top-of-the-line Trane systems. Install went well. Proprietary thermostats were the problem. It took until mid-September to finally figure out the problem and find a work around. Indian Air was little help. I had to work with Trane and Nexia engineering to find an acceptable work around. It almost got to the point of removing the A/C units and installing lower efficiency models that could use generic thermostats. | |Latest problem was with the heating system. These units are "Condensing". They produce moisture that collects in a sump and eventually needs to be pumped outside. My old units had tubes running outside for the A/C condensation removal. Indian Air used the same tubes. On November 21, the temperature barely went below freezing. This caused one of the condensation tubes to freeze up and the corresponding unit to shut down. We didn't know the cause at the time. Again, Indian Air had no explanation. I had to contact Trane engineering again. We figured out that the sump pump has a safety float switch that will shut down the system if the pump can't evacuate the water. I have moved the tubes so they won't freeze - problem solved.

Diagnosed excessive noise in Trane A/C unit as Fan unbalanced which caused bearing wear on the fan motor. Replaced both. Service was quick and efficient. Office called prior to service men arriving with their names and were on time.

On a very hot day, my a/c quit working. :( I called Indian Air out. and they were able to get to my house that very same day. The technician that arrived was very friendly and was patient with all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me. I was very happy with his professionalism & work. I would definitely recommend Indian Air!

Indian Air provided same day service and the serviceman named Jeff came out and found the problem and was able to fix it. My overall experience with them was great. I will recommend Indian Air to my family & neighbors.
Description of Work: I called Indian Air because my ac unit wasn't cooling. They were very polite and listened to my concerns over the phone. After explaining to them I had another contractor out and wasn't pleased with them.

Completely missed on what was wrong with our furnace/AC unit. Said it was kaput, not worth fixing and would need to be replaced for approx. $6500. In fact a another tech who we called for a second opinion found faulty wiring and a leaky condenser were the problems.

We are sorry you feel this way. It is our professional opinion that due to the age and condition of your current system (20+ years old) that it is a better and safe choice to replace the system. Per the conversation between you and the technician, you choose to check with your home warranty company first before proceeding. We found the unit not responding. Indian Air stands behind our work 100% however, due to the age and condition; we can not warranty a repair such as faulty wiring or a leaky condenser due to a refrigeration leak.

They are really good. Their service is outstanding. The company went down and the new people who own it now bought the company. It is the same type of service I have been getting from the older folks. They honor their contracts incredibly well. When we had to replace the air conditioning unit, they had come out and tried to fix it. We found out that the pipes inside the walls were bent. They gave actually gave me a credit for it because they had previously service the air conditioning unit. The wife of the owner is just great. They come out on time and do the things needed. They are out of here on time. The technicians are very knowledgeable and nice.
