In March 2017, Home Tech visited my mother's manufactured home and submitted a quote the same day and then later honored the verbal quote we had been given to include support beams for the porch if the engineer required it for certification. Once we agreed on the relevel with the buyer, Home Tech was out there the next business day. Two days later, we had the engineer's certification by email. Love it. Carrie provides great customer service at the office. Thanks! Note: while Home Tech was not the cheapest quote, they did not pull a switch and bait and kept their promises on the price and the time frame.

Perfectly. Ramiro was poliete and on time. His staff were on time and ready to work. They did their job and explained it to me prior to entering below the house. Knowing what to expect and understanding their machines helped me alot to feel calm. They did level the house, and checked for any leakage, from pipes or vents and reported back to me. Even suggested ways to stop the rain leaks from getting below the house. They were wonderful to have work at my house and yes, I'll call them back in 2 years as suggested to again check the house and it's foundation as I live on a hillside slope and the earth does shift or change slightly from time to time.
