1. This contractor and his service and installation was a total nightmare. They busted some water pipes under the house by striking the sewer vent pipe on top of the house, driving it down and breaking the supply lines to my bathroom. This action flooded under my house. 2. When it rains hard. Water enters the improper exhaust vents installed from my heater and range hood. Water enters my heating unit and leaks through under the house and onto my stove. Contractor refused to fix a week afterwards, telling me to contact BBB or Roc. He does not return my calls and did not show up for two appointments that were scheduled. Beware of hiring this contractor!

Found the issue and offered to fix right away for a reasonable amount

Most of their work was very successful. They seem to know what they are doing despite the fact that they were usually very very late for appointments. AND on one job we asked for them to come back to repair something that did not hold. We called and texted multiple times before the warranty period. But we never got any reply to text or phone message.

Job was very well done. When the inspector came from the solar company to inspect the new roof, he found that some soft (cracked, not rotten) plywood had been shingled over. High Quality Roofing promptly returned and tore out the bad wood and re-shingled. They did a good job cleaning up and were polite and friendly. Price was very reasonable.
