The tech called and advises he can come early, which is great because no one likes sitting around waiting. With Covid-19 he wore a mask while inside the house. The job went really good and had all the lights installed within 30 minutes. This is second time I have Elan Electric come to the house. They do great work and the price is very reasonable compared to other electric companies in Prescott Valley and Prescott.

Great job! We have unique angled high ceilings and no previously installed fans so this was not your usual low flat ceiling install.

As similar to another review with F rating. Owners response was he wanted it removed. Free speecb prevailed. Beware of Elan Electric. Believe they are operating under name of Home Run Electric, too. Based on a slip of the tongue the owner made on the phone as well as I scheduled a special home inspection through Home Run's advertised rate. This guy called me. My plumbing and heating/cooling, and television installations were all scheduled to coordinate around this service. As the story goes, contractors inthis area of the state sometimes dont show up or they abadon the job. All my co tractors showed up except these guys. The owner schedule me for 10-12. At 12:28 they calles to say it would be 1:30 to 2:00. At 4 they still hadn't appeared, so I called the owner. He stated he could reschedule to this coming week. I told him I'm a teacher and I report back this week. He said his wife is too, for an online Christian school. I said I report in person. Also,reminded him I practice Real Estate for Century 21 and although new to the area am looking to find good contractors for myself and clients. He offered Sat the 6th. When I said I could havesomeone home on the 4th instead, he asked if he could schedule for 10 am again. I suggested 8 am. He said no he had another job at 8 am. I said I didnt want to take a chance on another.no show. He replied he didn't want to move his other client who requested a wall heater installed. I nicely pointed out my request os for safety reasons, where a wall heater in the summer isn't as important. I also asked him if he operated theough Angie's list under both names. He stated no andhe operates this company. I dont believe that as I placed a few calls for service caller and introductions on calls weren't consistent. This guy doesn't care about his clients. This guy doesn't care about safety. This guy also thinks only his A ratings should appear. This is an F rating for Customer Service, Ethics, Honesty, Professionalism and Safety. I will let all clients and my network in the schools know to stay away from.this guy and this company. I asked him to discuss this service call request with his wife over dinner amd that if he had a change of heart to please call me. My safety is important. We are in the hottest month of the year and since he had no problem putting me off all day, now a week, what's the big deal asking his client needing a heater installed to wait a few hours on the 4th? Its going to be 90 degrees that day. Probably 70 at 8 am. Common sense?

The installer showed up right on time. Went over what was to be done and got right into it. No problems at all. He made sure the remote worked properly and cleaned up and he was done. I would use Elan Electric again on any electrical projects.

Robert the electrician showed up on time and completed all of my requested tasks. Excellent work and didn't even complain about crawling into my crawl space attic (with blown in insulation) and pulling out a dead rat! I will use them again. Very personable.
