Description of Work: I purchased 9 replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen and they did an excellent job. The price was competitive, the windows are top quality and their service was fantastic. Their installers, David Indicavitch and his partner Kelly were real professionals and we are very pleased with the results. I will recommend using this company in the Prescott, AZ area to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

Description of Work: We had a special 8' by 10' window that is just absolutely fabulous!! They also replaced our front windows...FANTASTIC. Cannot say enough about John Lynott and Scott Malloy. They are very professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a QUALITY product, The installation was beautifully done. They don't tear up the space around the old window and everything fit perfectly. We also ordered the special "rain glass" for our bathroom. If you've got the money and you want the best? Renewal by Andersen is the way to go. The windows will pay for themselves in 8 years with the energy savings.

+ 0 moreEverything went great! We had called and made an appt. for an estimate on replacing four windows and one sliding glass door. Ron came over on Aug. 26 and gave us an estimate. We agreed on a price and signed the contract. Another man came out the next day or so to take measurements so the windows and door could be ordered. Got a call several weeks later to schedule installation. Windows and door were installed on Oct. 10. John L. and Scott M. arrived promptly and worked hard to get it done in one day. They were courteous and did a great job. They cleaned up everything when complete. The next day, another man came over to finish a little detail work. We absolutely love the windows; it was more than we wanted to spend, but the windows and door are well worth it. Very solid and beautiful. Highly recommend the windows and door, and also Renewal by Andersen. When we are ready to replace more windows, we will call them.

+ -1 moreCoordinating and installing replacement windows was a breeze with Renewal by Anderson. The sales rep, Steve Huffman, was accommodating and easy to work with. Less than 7 weeks later we are enjoying our windows! Dave Inacavitch and Andrew Paul installed the windows efficiently and with no hassle. We'll definitely be calling on these guys again when we're ready for additional windows.

These replacements are great, the thermal barrier functions just as I was told. the summer heat getting into the house via the old windows has been significantly reduced.

+ -1 moreA month after ordering the windows we got a call from the rep saying that a few of the orders were overlooked and ours was one of them. This delayed the delivery and installation by a few weeks. The crew came to install the windows and was very quick and professional. One of our windows in the front of the house cracked while they were sealing it and we were told that they would place an order to have that replaced. A month later, again, I had to call them to find out where my window replacement was. 2 days later I finally got a call back to see if they could install the next day. When the installer showed up he discovered that the replacement window was also broken. I was told that they would put a rush order on a new one and the rep would be calling me to give me an EAT on the new one. This was only 1 days ago so I guess I'll give them some time, but my biggest beef is how long everything is taking. Winter is fast approaching and I'd hate to have this broken window causing my house to be cold. And it looks like I shouldn't expect another window for at least month.
