Description of Work: Ross arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a very prompt fashion. He installed a new water pressure regulator and water softener. The job was done neatly and he left the maintenance room very clean. I was very pleased with the overall work.

Description of Work: Old Water Softener went bad ( plugged ). I ordered a new water softener and a charcoal filter over the internet. Ross the owner stopped by and looked over the situation, ordered necessary parts. Came back the next week, re-plumbed the connection to add the filter and move the softener a bit. He did the whole thing in 1 hour, went back to the truck and re figured the bill. He was pleased the job went so quickly and I was too.
