Description of Work: One year ago we moved into a house that had a reverse osmosis system already installed. Not knowing how long it had been since the filters had been changed, and being totally unfamiliar with reverse osmosis systems, we searched Angie's list for a reputable plumber that installed water filtration systems. Based on ratings and proximity, we chose Dependable Dutchman Pluming to service our system. We were not disappointed. Our filters were changed in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Ross explained how the system works and showed us how the filters are changed. Even though we could now change the filters on our own, we will probably call Ross again when the system needs maintenance.

+ 0 moreRoss and his son Garrett spent roughly 7 hours completing my large list of requested repairs. They were honest, efficient, professional, cleaned up and hauled the two old toilets, water heater and expansion tank away when the job was complete. Their costs are very reasonable and will definitely utilize them again if I ever need a plumber. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Description of Work: Called Ross for another service to complete additional items in the home we had just purchased. The list included the replacing of two toilets, replacing the water heater and expansion tank, the water regulator, as well as installing a cut off valve for the ice machine which was more accessible in the event of a problem. Also had Ross replace all the existing shut off valves for all sinks and dishwasher and toilets with updated valves and steel mesh hoses. Installed a flood stop system on the washing machine valves and installed Delta kits in two leaking shower valves.

He was professional, called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled and provided a quality service for a great price. I have once again scheduled an appointment with him to replace a number of additional items in the home that we have just purchased and feel his estimate for that service is also quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing related job.
Description of Work: Installed one natural gas valve on patio for barbeque, removed one natural gas valve from behind electric dryer, installed new kitchen faucet and replaced both water valves under the kitchen sink.

+ -1 moreRoss arrived early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He dug down approximately 3 feet and repaired/replaced the damaged valve. He was very professional, worked 2 hrs without stopping and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely contact them again if the need arises.

+ 0 moreI really liked their services. They are great and do very good services. The guy is extremely punctual, polite, and make great suggestions. I have used them four times, and they have done an excellent job every time. The prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Dependable Dutchman for their plumbing services. I last used them to put in a water softening system. They have added a hose bib outside, put our kitchen sink in, exchanged our garbage disposal, and fixed our dishwasher.

The work was scheduled, the Dutchman showed up at the appointed time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely use him again.

Poor guy had to dig through a lot of roots but he never got frustrated and always remained kind and upbeat! He and his wife were so kind and I have recommended them to everyone. I will not hesitate to call them again!!!

Prompt, efficient, professional and he stayed exactly on estimate, even though the job required additional time and parts. The faucet rebuild had good results, and saved opening a wall that a replacement would have required. The good performing and attractive upgrade toilet was an excellent choice for this job. I give my highest recommendation, and will call again for a new addition bathroom.
Description of Work: Ross rebuilt a troublesome 15 year old tub faucet, and installed an inexpensive Mansfield upgrade toilet in a 1995 CAVCO mobile.

He also replaced a faucet and stopped a shower valve leak. He was so professional, efficient, and fairly priced I had him come back to install a water softener. Ross has a great attitude and seems to appreciate the customer. He leaves things very tidy, takes pride in his work, and is very honest. I will be certainly be calling him for any future issues I may have.
