Crazy Nates Flooring

It looked awesome when they got finished. It's been holding out so far, so good. There were two people who came out.

When we went into the store, my wife noticed a flooring product for which we'd just gotten a quote from another supplier. She mentioned that and the salesman immediately knocked it, saying it is not a good product and he wishes the store did not carry it. Later, he came to our home to give an estimate, arriving just as a previous supplier was leaving. He knocked that company too. As a result, we do not trust him. Also, his price was 2nd highest of 4 quotes we received.

The man "helping" us kept grabbing a calculator and typing in multiple things and giving costs but was not able to actually give a complete cost estimate for the whole project. This was after they had already been to our house to take measurements, and knew what products we wanted. He knew we had already obtained a quote from Carpet One in Prescott Valley so at the end he asked for a copy of that quote. A week later he called and left a message with their quote which happened to be $42 less than the Carpet one. This was even after we chose a lesser quality laminate then we did with Carpet One. I feel like a flooring company should be able to supply their own quote on a project and not relay on just barely beating another company on their bid. I need additional tile work done in our bathrooms and will not even bother contacting them for their estimate.

We bought a home that had been mistreated by miscreants and "just had to have everything cosmetic removed." The carpet looked like a grease pit and so we called "Nate's" (not listed prior on Angie's) in Prescott Valley and visited. We took in a flooring sample (tile) and talked to Nathan ... he's not crazy but he sure came to our rescue. While the price 'may' have been a bit higher than the very lowest prices (we didn't look) HIS selection, the quickness, punctuality and professionalism was just outstanding. Trying to get a home ready to be moved into in one week (!) was a daunting task (undertaken by my wife who did work miracles) but the carpet removal and installation (1000 sq ft) was completed in few hours with a just few days notice of our needs. That is remarkable ... we even had to have the carpet "ordered" and brought into the region and still Nate pulled it all together. We are so happy with the install, the folks who did it (great installers) and the quality of the product. We recommend without reservation Crazy Nates Flooring. "You" would be crazy NOT to use them!
