Command Roofing

Would never recommend this company . We have been waiting on our Roof on our new build for about 4 months . They keep telling us they are on their way to complete the roof and they are a no show . Then they told us they received the wrong color and would install in 8 days . Still nothing . No response and All lies . We can't move forward with our build until they complete the roof . Never dealt with more unprofessional company . Save yourself from the frustration and use someone else .

This was the fourth time I have reached to them with the first 3 being failure to show. I should have learned so I actually blame myself. So I received a quote to replace all broken tiles, fix shifted tiles, seal chimney and all pipe jacks. This was to be done in 3 weeks or so. I forgot about it and after ~9 weeks, when I was out of town, I received a call and was told the job was completed. Seemed kind of fishy to me so when I got home I had someone else check the work. Most of the tiles were put back in place and tiles replaced. There were some still shifted and one still broken. Not a huge issue. The resealing was on the top of the tiles and the under-lament was untouched. They did come out and replace the broken tile and make sure the pipe jacks were sealed on top of the tiles. Really an exorbitant price for what looks like 30 mins work. I would not recommend using them.

We made an appointment for one afternoon. Earlier that day, the estimator called and said his vehicle broke down. He made a new appointment the next day at 6PM. He never showed and no phone call. A couple of days later, he left a voicemail wanting to reschedule. I contacted him and rescheduled for another day at 6PM. He never showed and no phone call. I would not recommend doing business with this firm.
