Cole's Quality Tile, LLC

My experience was not good with Cole?s Quality Tile. Starting off the price was increased after being quoted by Cole. Unfortunately the quote somehow disappeared from my email and his, so I had to agree to the higher price. It took a month to complete the install, which was fine since my home is vacant as I relocated my family out of state. During that month of the install there was crews there most days according to the cameras at my home entry points, so not sure why it did take that long. I just traveled back to check on my house and here is why I would not recommend Coles Quality Tile to anyone: -Thermostat adjusted to 55° to 79° in home -Walls scraped in multiple spots and left for me -No cleanup of any of the tile dust debris -Baseboards nicked and chipped in multiple areas -After 5 formal requests for an invoice for the $16k worth of work I paid for, I still do not have an invoice. I will leave a review on a new platform every week until I receive an invoice. Bad Business!

Cole's Quality Tile installed 2500 square feet of 12" x 48" porcelain floor tile and we couldn't be happier! It was a long project, 6 weeks in two phases that allowed us to be home at Christmas, thank you Cole! Cole's work is outstanding, one of the most beautiful tile floor jobs we have seen. Cole's grout joints are extremely small and uniform. We love our floor and the experience of working with Cole and his crew! Under promised and over delivered on our two jobs! got us back into our home earlier than estimated which was a bonus too. Thank you Cole!

Cole's Quality Tile installed a large backsplash (over 13 feet high) with a beautiful porcelain tile used brick pattern. The work was beautiful, done on a timely basis and in a professional manner. Cole's crew Alan, Sam and Myron treated our home as if it was their own. We couldn't be happier with the results and the entire process! 5 star job for sure!

Cole helped us with our tile after a flood devastated our house. Beautiful work, honest, reliable and a great crew! I canâ t say enough about this company and how straightforward and honest these guys are. Cole drove to California to get the tile to finish my job!. A rare find these days!!

I contacted Cole about a small bathroom floor project (around 30 square ft.) He was was very kind and understanding about the size of the project. I was having a lot of difficulty finding someone to do the job because a lot of businesses won’t take on projects that are so small due to the fact that they won’t make them a lot of money. Others won’t do the job unless the tile is purchased through their company. We also tried to hire a handyman who quoted us $1700 for 30 square ft. ….anyway, Cole found us someone to get the project done within a week of reaching out to him. We ended up paying the installer directly, meaning that Cole didn’t make any money from our project. He helped just to be helpful. Plus, the installer who works for him (Shaun) did an awesome job! We are very appreciative and highly recommend this company.

Excellent Work.

We purchased 2,300 sq ft of porcelain tile at Lowes . After a week their contractor measured and provided a price for the installation. However, neither they or Lowes would provide any references or pictures of their work. We called Cole's Quality Tile and he came to our home the same evening. He recommended that we come see a similar project in progress. The next day we visited the home and were immediately impressed with his ability to lay the tile! The homeowner showed us a room that a different contractor installed. It was so poorly done that the homeowner fired him and hired Cole. Cole's price was higher by quite a bit but we're so happy that we chose him! Our 12x24 floor tiles are laid perfectly! Throughout a 30 day project he kept us up to date and answered each time we called with questions. Everyone who visits or sees photos share our opinion. His work was Outstanding! The floors are beautiful and the project was completed on schedule!

Generation Tile originally came in and laid tile in my media room. To call their work a disaster is being kind. I then found Cole's Quality Tile, had him estimate the remainder of the house, and hired him. Cole is more expensive than Generation Tile, but the quality of work has been well worth it. Highly recommended...and then some!

no full review as yet. He is scheduled to lay the porcelain tile on or around 10/15. The work he has done to prepare the patio concrete was on schedule and he did an excellent job.

We were in a bind. With 3 days before Christmas, I called Cole and within one day he fit us into his already busy schedule. His crew of elves came in and completed our kitchen by Christmas Eve. They were ALL very professional and efficient. We would without hesitation recommend Cole's quality Tile. Merry ? Christmas.

I dealt directly with Cole and he is very personable and professional. He returned all phone calls and texts. I had a small project, a surround for a walk in tub and he was not deterred by a small project. Once I obtained the necessary tile, the project went ahead. I am very pleased with the outcome. Cole and his helper were very neat. Cole even noticed I was missing a drain cover to my shower (odd size) and was able to provide one that matched other fixtures! I highly recommend Cole. Know that home improvement pros are busy with everyone doing home improvement amid the covid crisis and allow time for your project.

Returned my call immediately when I first made contact. Extremely professional and excellent workman ship. Would highly recommend him who is looking for tile work.

Cole's honesty, knowledge and friendliness were tantamount to hiring him and his company. His employees are hardworking and trustworthy. The final product is superb, in fact so much so I have re-hired Cole and his crew to do the rest of our home...could not be happier!

One doesnâ t need to look any further. Cole did a spectacular job removing my old travertine floor, repairing my foundation and laying a new floor. Typically people hate to do these projects because of the horrible mess caused by the dust created when prepping the floor which usually gets into everything. While the process was not entirely dustless it was relatively minor because of the Hepa filter system that Cole uses. The usual complaint with these projects is that dust coats everything everywhere. We didnâ t have any dust in any of our cabinets making the post-project cleanup easy. Cole responded quickly to text messages, was a pleasure to work with and took full responsibility for the work performed by his crew. I enthusiastically recommend Coleâ s Quality Tile for any of your tile needs.
