Cole and Myron were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. We had hired another contractor to install wood look tile on our front walk way, they had asked to be paid before the job was 100% complete, once we paid them they never came back or answered our phone calls. It was a mess, grout was smeared all over the tile, not all of the tile was grouted, and some of the tiles were actually loose. Cole and Myron finished installing the grout and were even able to clean up all of the grout mess from the previous contractors, we are very happy now that our walkway is beautiful and the mess is all gone. Thank you Cole and Myron, my wife and I can not express how grateful we are to you both. Going forward if we have another tile job we will call Cole.

Cole and Myron were fantastic and two of the hardest working people we have had the pleasure to meet. They came out to remove 3 layers of paint from our concrete front porch. Not an easy task. They worked non-stop until the job was completed. The end result was well above our expectations. Cole is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk with. He answered all our questions regarding other projects around our house and recommended different styles and colors of tile. All in a no pressure manner. Cole did a great job! He came over and checked everything out and gave us a quote quickly. He gave us some great advise and explained everything he would need to do. Then, he was able to get the job done within a few days of the quote. The work was fantastic and he was a pleasure to have in our home. When he was all done, we couldn't believe how fair the cost was. He even taught us how to do some small repairs ourselves and gave us some leads for other home repair jobs we need done. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing tile work done. We will be bringing him back in the future for other tile work we want to get done.

Cole’s company is at the top of any list of all service companies I have ever hired in the past for any reason. Customer service is definitely JOB ONE with this group. They were very professional and at the same time very personable. They did the job as if they were doing it for their own home. We would definitely call them again for all of our home repair needs. I was surprised at the attention to details. For example, they covered the entry way all the way to where the work was done with canvas to protect the floors. You don't see pros like this much these day.

Cole reviewed the damaged tiles. He explained that the cost would be higher then he normal charges because the damaged tiles were not in the open field but along the wall and he would need to extra careful removing and reset. He arrived at a price and I agreed. He stated that it would be need all day to remove and reset the tiles. He arrived the next morning, removing the damaged tiles and setting the new tiles. He was finished in about 7 hours and the repairs looked great.

This is the best tile work I have ever had done. I highly recommend Cole he is truly a professional. I also recommend that building contractors hire him.
