Cole was an absolute professional and a dream to work with. It started with a good estimate on what the work entailed. Once the work started, he finished as quickly as possible so we could use our shower again. He repaired numerous cracks in the grout of a new shower that he didnâ t install, and then sealed the entire area. We relied on his experience and advice on how to deal with this issue, and he knows his stuff. You can tell by his knowledge of tile and the issues it can have. We highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

On the first visit Cole explains the choices and gives suggestions. He then explains the length of the job and earliest schedule based on material availability . He is always on time and has excellent work ethics. The installation is about as perfect as you can get. It is difficult to find a real tile pro and Cole fills the bill. I was very pleased with the final job and you will be too! i

This was a tough project in a home with renters. The shower had failed and Cole worked to complete the demolition and new shower very quickly. Communication was great with pictures through the entire project. He did a great, was professional and timely and I would use his services in future projects.

Cole and his team are incredibly professional and detail oriented. They treated my home with respect, always coordinating with us. Always cleaning up after themselves. They were very flexible with scheduling around our hectic lives. I am blown away by the end result. I wish I had done this sooner. I just dragged my neighbor in to see the bathrooms. We've had tile installed in several homes over the years. We've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Cole's work stands apart as FANTASTIC!! He's everything you could hope for in a tile professional. Some words that come to mind are: Respectful. Polite. Honest. Trustworthy. Experienced. Confident. Clean. He's a skillful pro, who does quality work at a competitive price. Cole and his helper worked carefully and efficiently. Our rooms look gorgeous and we didn't have to live in a thin-set/grout dust-bowl for weeks. He knows what he's doing and gets the job done. We're clean-freaks, and with Cole we didn't have to spend days cleaning up. The whole process was a pleasure, and we would not hesitate to hire him again for any and all tile work. In this area (and others), many "contractors" claim to install tile, but are they pros or hacks? Cole is a PRO!!

Comment: We hired Cole to tile the floors and surrounds in our 3 bathrooms. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! First of all, he actually answered his phone! He is professional, soft spoken, polite and clean. He does beautiful work and is a perfectionist. If something is not just right, he fixes it. He is always on time, does what he says he's going to do, and has very reasonable prices. He offers smart suggestions, but doesn't try to tell you what you want - much appreciated! Our project was completed on time and on budget. Cole and Myron were a pleasure to have in our home, and I would absolutely hire them again! Thanks for my beautiful new bathrooms! By the way, if there's 1 bad review, and almost 50 5-star reviews, who do you believe? :)

Cole went out of his way to make sure we were happy with every part of the project. The quality of the tile work was excellent. Cole and Myron were fast, efficient and courteous. They replaced fifteen loose tile in an area of our kitchen and made the area look just like it did when the house was built. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tile work.

Cole helped me out of a really tough spot! I hired a handyman to install herringbone porcelain backsplash tile, but the handyman was not able to finish the job. I called Cole and he came out to look at my project and give me a quote. He was working on another project and said he could fit me in within two weeks. The problem was, I was having a houseful of guests coming up that weekend and the kitchen remodel was complete except for the backsplash. After hearing about my dilemma, Cole called his current project client to see if he could squeeze me in before the weekend. The client was very gracious and understanding and told Cole he could do my job. The project was difficult and Cole & Myron did an amazing job. The backsplash is absolutely beautiful and Cole rescued my family gathering. I will definitely use Cole Quality Tile for all of my tile projects.
