+ -1 moreB&W carries a quality line of hardware but any hardware and installed software can have problems. When I have called when something is not functioning properly, they quickly send a technician to check out and fix the problem. I have had them install and service my equipment for several years and I am extremely pleased with the attitude and efficiency of the people who work for this company.

Description of Work: They were the original installer of a home security system for our newly constructed home. They added some additional detectors after we moved in per previous builder change notices. We then added monitoring at a later date. The monthly monitoring fee is more than $10 above what we were originally told. Supposedly there was some sort of miscommunication / misunderstanding between the installers and the main office. That is the only reason they get a B rating instead of an A.
