The guys knew exactly what they were doing and had an idea at the start after doing a through examination. But the leak in the stucco was unusual. Their knowledge of roofing was a real help in finding the leak. I would definitely use them again.

I had a roof leak that had reached the point of being critical with the water leaking into the kitchen. Badger roofing was the only company I called (and I contacted 4 others) who actually had someone who answered the phone and if no one was available they would promptly return my call if I had to leave a message. They were able to schedule the repairs in a timely manner, and also took care of coordinating with the heating and cooling company since the leak was from around the evaporative cooler which had to be disconnected then re-connected. They were very professional and did quality work. I would definitely use them again for any roofing needs.

He ripped the whole thing apart and i thought he was way off base and he gave me a huge bid which i felt it was ridiculous. He was recommended well. He left his ladder here and he was a pain in the neck. He was a young man and he did not know what he was doing. My roof is not in that bad of a shape. He was on time.

They were excellent. They came recommended and they did a great job. I was living in Phoenix. I came up here, noticed the roof leak, and called them. They came over right away. They responded quickly, diagnosed it quickly, and fixed it. It was all I could ask for.

They were to see if a leak, that i thought i had fixed, was fixed. They said they thought i had fixed it,but, if it persists-call them. No charge for the visit!

The work was completed on schedule and very professionally done. Great company to work with.

i called on tuesday sept 3rd and spoke with a secretary. I explained I had a leak possibly related to my cooler. a genleman called me back friday sept 6th. i made the decision not to use his service if he could not return my call in a timely fashion

Third time we've used Badger in 2 years. I'm picky - they worked with my requests completing all 3 jobs to our satisfaction.

Excellent....Badger took the time to really isolate and find the problem. Badger gave me a time and dollar estimate on the work. Work was started on time and complete on time. results were exactly as promised. They installed a new tech polymer coating, as opposed to other roofers who just kept doing patches with tar cement in the area affected. The problem is fixed. I used Badger on the basis of a local referral, the switch from other roofers was the right move. I am so pleased with Badger that I am going to use them on my upcoming complete reroof job... Badger price on that job was better than others for the same work.

We contacted Badger Roofing after another roofing company did not respond to our inquiry for service. Steve from Badger responded promptly and was able to quickly schedule the roof inspection. We were under a tight timeframe given a limited number of days to have the inspection completed after our offer was accepted. Steve called with a preliminary update while he was at the property, actually while he was on the roof. He gave us his preliminary assessment and areas that needed repair. We asked him about a potential problem area found by the the general home inspection company. He called us back in 5 minutes after moving his ladder over to the other area, and gave us his observations. The written report came the following day, detailing out the observations and included formal quotes for the repairs Steve advised we make. Steve was very helpful and friendly, responding to our various questions. We are seriously considering using Badger Roofing to complete the recommended repairs based upon Steve's professionalism and excellent customer service.

Badger Roofing was contacted about a roof inspection for bird damage on my roof. I have a 2 1/2 story roof with high pitch. The contact person for Badger Roofing said she would pass on my number to the field work manager. I was never contacted again by Badger Roofing.

Showed up and completed job on schedule

They continued to call me to clarify what the insurance company would take care of before I received the check. They wanted to know if the insurance company would remove the hvac system in order to do the work. However, the hvac system did not need to be moved. They were really unprofessional and I did not use them for project.

I called three companies for an estimate for roof replacement. I called Badger Roofing on Monday and was told I would be called back to set up an appointment. I didn't hear back from them, so I called back on Wednesday. I was told they would be out that same day to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. They did not come out that day nor did they call to say they would not make it. Late the next morning they showed up, no notice, no phone call and no apology for not showing the day before. I've waited a week and a half and have not received an estimate from them.

They came out for free and went on the roof with me to provide a roof inspection. They were wonderful and will use them for any future roofing work.

After 9 years of leaking roof from previous contractor (expensive lesson), had 3 estimates and bids written. Being cautious from the last go around, my wife and I put Steve through the ringer with lots of questions and scenarios. Steve was patient, met with us on our time schedule (evenings) and always gave us direct, guiding answers. After agreeing on work to be performed, Badger roofing started on time, worked hard and kept us informed on progress and needs. Project was finished on time. I would recommend Badger for future work (we've already used them for another project) and I want to thank the whole crew for giving us peace of mind again.

They did a very good job. They were very expedient, and their price was very reasonable. I have not had anybody else do any roofing work, so I don't have anything to compare it to. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

INITALLY THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO THE INITAL WASH.THEY USED MY WASHER. COMMUNICATION WITH THE FIRM AS TO DATES TO RETURN TO COMPLETE THE JOB, ETC. WERE SPARSE. THE FINISHED JOB WAS VERY GOOD. THE OWNER MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT!

They completed the job well and did a good job for us. I would use their services in the future too.

Very well indeed, they also managed to perform some other repairs they noticed while on the roof.
