+ -1 moreThey were a good company and I was real happy with them. However, the original owner retired and sold the business. Once sold, everything went downhill. Their costs "seem" reasonable, but the product support is very poor and they don't return their calls. I had one blind that the clutch went bad on. All they had done was put more weight on it and it is still messing up.
Description of Work: I first hired them for the installation of blinds and additionally for a repair.
