They were on time, polite, efficient and effective. The lock was fixed in 5 minutes so there was only a reasonable service charge and some free advice on how to keep a lock from sticking. Highly recommended!

Was sceduled to come out Tues morning. Nathan called that afternoon that he had time to comr out this early evning. He was here a while after dark making keys for our entry door RV. The home call was fair price coming to chino valley, from Prescott; especially a 1.5 mile of bad dirt road. Everything was price satisfactory. We would certainly use them again.

The locksmith was quick & thorough & explained I had one locking mechanism that was a different brand so couldn't be keyed to match. He offered to replace it & so all matched. He was quick & thorough.
