+ -1 moreDuring the later part of the season, the owner would not mow my lawn on a weekly basis but would miss one week a month fairly often. His explanation was that he was "too busy" to get to my yard on a weekly basis as was our "contract" stipulated. I, in turn, would pay only for the weeks that my lawn was cared for and explained to him that I was not going to pay for services not performed. He said that "I didn't understand how busy he was and he just couldn't get to my lawn on a weekly basis." He actually expected me to pay for services not performed and when I refused, he cancelled our contract!
