 + 0 moreDavid Gideon of Parker Development was always prompt, professional and did a superior job. I could not ask for a better contractor. I am totally satisfied with the finished product and would recommend him for further jobs and to others.
Description of Work: I needed a 536 sq ft guest house gutted and totally remodeled. Also an additional addition added to guest house ending with a finished guest house of approximately 1200 sq ft.

 + 2 moreI was out of town when the construction was to begin. Right from the start, the plans called for the foundation of the Garage to be over our electrical service to the cabin. We were required to move the foundation. David used Drone technology to send me photos on the best location to reset the Foundation. I cannot express how well the job went and all the added touch's David made. It was as if he was building his own garage. He out performed our expectations. I wouldn't look to anyone else for future construction or remodeling needs.
Description of Work: David Built a 3 car garage with a game room loft.
