Description of Work: The team at younger brothers plumbing did a fantastic job repairing our leak. They were professional, courteous, honest and helpful in solving problems that came up along the way to push the job towards completion. I recommended this company.

Description of Work: My utility door leading from my garage to the side yard had a rotted wood on the jamb on one side and the threshold was very loose. A rep from the firm came by to evaluate what was needed and got back to me on-line with a price quote and job description. The price was fair and I approved to have the work scheduled. Their field tech showed up a few days later (we hadn't set a date, so it was a surprise service call) with a replacement piece of door jamb, which wasn't milled correctly. He returned a day or so later with the correctly milled frame member and the job was done. The repair was done professionally and quickly, with better quality of materials than those of the builder. The door closed securely and was more square in the frame than it had ever been. The job included installation of a pre-primed jamb segment, and installation of a threshold. The threshold is one superior to the builder's original because it is designed to better shed water away from the wood components. I was advised by the service tech to check around the outer trim of the door to check for failed caulking on my own. I did find caulk in need of repair; this necessitated removal of the old caulk, caulking, priming and finish color painting on my own, which wasn't part of the door carpentry work done by the contractor.
