Response from YOUNGBLOOD DESIGNS LLC
The work at this property was not completed by Youngblood Painting. CRS Construction Restoration service was hired by client to re-stucco her entire home. AEA painting did the exterior painting when finished. A 2 year warrenty was provided and client has not called with any complaints. Youngblood Painting helped her pick out her colors The original price was given to client but when the specs went to her association they required specific material which the client was notified prior to the job her choices. Client never gave specs to CRS prior to the quote. A specific permit had to be obtained and this was all done by CRS. All design specs were signed off prior to job. AEA Painting we checked and client has not called them with any problems.

I was really impressed with the painting by Youngblood Designs. Rosanne came to our house for a color consultation and we did make some changes from our original plan based on her inputs. She also recommended putting glaze in our paint and it came out beautiful. The painters did an excellent job. They were friendly and polite, and left the house pretty tidy each evening when they left. They were done in the time that was quoted and will come back to do touch ups - there are a few spots where touch up is required, but not many. Overall, very happy with the quality of the work and the price. Will have no qualms about working with Youngblood Designs in the future.

We visited Prickly Pair in Ahwahtukee looking for a furniture piece for our KI. The sales lady informed us that the owner was out of town but would call us the next week with additional information on a piece we had questions about. Ro (the owner) called the following Monday and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Once we found out she did painting and design as well. We enjoyed her as well as her ideas and have her scheduled to paint several rooms mid November. We chose a few weeks out due to our schedules. So far so good, we will keep you posted on progress. We were happy with the quote.
Description of Work: Rosanne came to our home, on a Saturday to give us a design/painting estimate for the entire house. She spent an hour and a half with us walking room to room consulting.
