Job was done on time (actually, a day early) and the blind is working great.

Tina and her son were a pleasure to work with on my last minute project that needed to be completed by Thanksgiving weekend. An appointment was set up on my initial call for Friday of the same week. All items were picked up that morning and returned mid afternoon. Oh my word, they looked brand new and repairs were made as needed. All items were hung in place and double checked to be sure that all cords and wands were working properly. Great family owned business to support. I know that they will always be called on to clean all my window treatments in the future.

Roy and Tina from Wisely are the best. The sincerely care about their customers and work very hard to find a workable solution for you. They truly go the extra mile. We have had problems with our Hunter Douglas electric blinds for years. Hunter Douglas has not been supportive because they are out of warranty. Roy came to our house and gave us multiple bids on replacing our blinds with many different kinds of options. Because the cost of repairing was beyond our budget at this time, they are working very hard for us to find replacement parts (that are no longer made). They always come through for us. Roy had to remove a very difficult valance to get to a broken blind. I'm pretty sure other service workers would have given up and declared it "my problem" to remove the valance. I really can't say enough about this team. Tina, in the office, has been as kind and gracious as I have unloaded my problems on her. I WOULD definitely use these folks for all repair and installation of new blinds in the future. They really care.

He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this vendor, the blinds look like new.

I was in AZ renovating a house I own there for rental. Wisely was extremely pleasant and professional to do business with. Kept appointments as scheduled and did a fantastic job of cleaning metal blinds that had built up greasy dirt, of many years. The blinds looked new after they finished and I save a great deal of money by not having to replace the blinds. Wisely arrived on the scheduled day, before the cleaning crew came to clean the rest of the house, took down the blinds, cleaned them and put them back up on the same day so that I would not be without window coverings that night. Prices were very reasonable for the services I requested. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I FELT HE GAVE US A GOOD PRODUCT. WE WANTED HUNTER DOUGLAS QUALITY IN THE PLEATED SHADE AND HE GAVE US A SAME QUALITY PRODUCT FOR MUCH LESS AND THE WORK LOOKED GREAT.

THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT CHARGE A TRIP FEE. THE REPAIRS COST $35 AND $45 RESPECTIVELY, AND THOUGH THE JOB DID NOT TAKE A VERY LONG TIME, AND I HAD THE LADDER PIECE TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONE, IT WAS LABOR INTENSIVE REPLACING THE LADDER PIECE. I FEEL I GOT GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.
