It was great! They were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation considering it was the heat of the summer. They were negotiable, too.

It went okay. They came out first and gave an estimate and then came and did the work. It seems pretty good. The front door guy came first and then the other guy came for the security door. He came back a week later to make sure everything was okay. The security door guy was particularly good because he did a little extra work and followed up. They seemed to do a pretty good job.

THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND I WAS INFORMED OF THE TIMING OF THE PROJECT. THE DOORS WERE ORDERED AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR THE INSTALLATION. THE DOORS THAT WERE DELIVERED HAD MINI BLINDS THAT DID OPEN AND CLOSE, BUT DID NOT GO UP AND DOWN. ALSO, THE INSTALLER DID NOT HAVE MY SCREEN. HE SAID HE WOULD ORDER THE CORRECT DOORS AND CALL WHEN THEY CAME IN, AND ESTIMATED THAT WOULD BE IN ABOUT 10 DAYS. AFTER 3 WEEKS, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND I WAS TOLD, YES, THE DOORS ARE IN, AND WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3:30 LATER IN THE WEEK. AT 4:30 ON APPOINTMENT DAY, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THE INSTALLER WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE AFTER THE JOB HE WAS ON. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND NO ONE CALLED ME. I MADE 2 ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS, AND THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED BEFORE THE SET TIME AND DID NOT WAIT FOR ME. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM I WILL KEEP THE WRONG DOORS AND BUY MY OWN SCREEN. MY SALESMAN NEVER CALLED. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO CHARGE THE BALANCE DUE.
