I ordered the sliding glass door on Feb 2nd. Was told 12-16 weeks, which was fine. Finally got a call for install at 18 weeks in mid June. Installation crew was great. They came and during installation, discovered that the glass doors delivered didn’t fit the frame, and they would have to “rush” a replacement order. They did their best to insulate the frame, but left several open gaps to the outside where 110+ degree Arizona heat could get inside. I had to call them 3 times to get an ETA for the replacement door panels that they mis-ordered, and am finally given an estimate of Aug 1. Then it moves to Aug 15. Installation finally scheduled, with a timing window of 12-2PM. At 2, I call and am told the driver is 40 minutes away. After 1.5 hours, I call back, and the driver tells me he thought I was in Mesa, and he’s now over an hour away. It has been one mistake after another with over 6 months time passing from order to final install, very poor communication, and no conveyed concern or sense of urgency or empathy to resolve my issue. I never write these, but simply could not let this one go without addressing. Do not use Window World of Phoenix.

Sales person was not entirely truthful. He told me, as well as my son and grandson, that if I financed through Wells Fargo, I would receive 0% financing. That was entirely untrue. In order to avoid finance charges, I had to pay account in full. Today I called and asked if the new windows qualified for a government energy saving tax refund. The person I spoke to had absolutely no clue. I am not a satisfied customer. Workmen, however, were very courteous and finished work in a timely manner.

Very well. The evaluation was thorough. They took time to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted and to answer my questions. They were able to show me options for my new windows so I could see what would match what I was looking for. Installation went quickly and without problems. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done, and we've been very happy with the results.

Replaced two plate glass windows with sliders. Took several weeks from order to installation but job was completed on time, neatly and professionally. Love the new windows.

They did a great job. The old windows were actually "shot" in as was the process in 1957. The crew managed to get them out with no damage, and in record time. The company was very good at communicating a timeline on when the special order windows would be in and when to expect installation.

From initial visit to installation everything went exceptionally well. There was an issue with cracked Travertine tile in one room only and Window World had the tile replaced and reset. I could not be more pleased.

Everything went very well. They installed 7 windows, and the estimate was an hour per window, but they were done in 4 hours! Everything worked great, and they also cleaned up very well. Would work with them again, but I don't need any more windows. Thanks!

My windows were not easy to replace and a lot of modification had to be done which was unforeseen. They did a magnificent job making an almost impossible job into a great experience. Even though it took more time than planned, the outcome was worth it. I don't believe any other company would have provided the customer service this company provided. Anyone else would have walked away without the windows fitting properly so that I could open my shutters but Window World never gave up without charging me anything additional. The screens became another issue which they resolved. I love my windows and screens and cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. Window World proved they are honest, reliable and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Thank you Window World for all your hard work and diligence.

They are installing windows right now. The guys that are doing it are great, very meticulous, cleaning up after themselves.

The work went great. The sales rep was very informative and responsive. The installation team was very professional, prompt, hard working and fast. We had all 7 windows installed in less than 4 hours! The cleanup was perfect, including vacuuming, cleaning the windows themselves, and leaving my home and yard spotless where they worked. I couldn't have been more pleased. We have had the windows for over a year now, and they have made a huge difference in noise reduction, and heat and cooling retention. And they are beautiful. The 2 installers showed up on time. They were friendly, skilled, and carefully cleaned up around each window, with a vacuum, after the installation was finished. I love the windows! One window was binding a bit after install. They weren't able to adjust it enough; so, they told me that they would order/install a new one for me. In a few weeks, they returned with the new window. It fit perfectly. No complaints...good company to deal with.

Experience was excellent. The contractor does quality work and that's rare these days..we're so pleased, that we've contracted again to replace 7 more windows and replace the front door. The work schedule is heavy, 10 weeks out. But they are worth the wait.

I left a message asking for a quote to replace some windows. They never followed up. I called them specifically because of all the radio on KTAR and I think Channel 3 or 5. They are spending a lot of money to not follow up on prospects. I used Garcia's Windows and they did an outstanding job.

We just purchased a new home and the builder would not make any changes to the plan. After moving in we hired Window World to take a window out in our game room and replace it with a door. The door was purchased and installed without an issue. We are happy with their work and would use them again.

We were very happy with the whole process. The estimator was prompt and explained everything thoroughly. Our slider was an odd size and had been installed backwards and was too old to update with new rollers. The house is block so it was impossible to do a DIY installation with a standard door from a home store. Window World measured and quoted a reasonable price for a custom door to fit our opening. We had to wait a few weeks to get our door but it was well worth it. The installers did a perfect, accurate, clean job. The new door slides easily and is a major improvement over what we had to work with before. I recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

I was beyond impressed with the product and installation. The installers were very detail oriented and did a great job. I am so happy with the results that I am already excited about another project with Window World.

Arrived on time, setup, removed old windows, installed new windows, and then cleaned up in a very thorough manner. Were friendly, informative and thoroughly professional. The windows are a thing of beauty.

I called a few places and visited one place to get a rough estimate of a price, but no one would give me a hint. The salesmen could come out and give a free estimate. Why waste my time and theirs if the price was too high for me? I saw Window Worlds ad that listed a price, and their showroom was close to me, on the Tempe/Phoenix border. So I went down and got a reasonable range of an estimate, but conditional on the salesman actually seeing my house. He was a nice man. They advertise free installation, but REMOVING the old windows was $50 each. Didn't see that one coming. Since I have a brick house, not wood frame, that added an extra cost for fins. Then by code, any window within 24 inches of a door has to have safety glass, extra cost. Opaque glass for the bathrooms was extra. Fortunately, the big picture window in the living room was just under the size that cost more. I opted for full screens instead of the included half screens. The bill came to about $3600 with tax, but I got $1100 tax rebate back. If there was no tax rebate from the IRS, the windows would have been more expensive, but not much more. WHY? Because they jacked up the window price in anticiption of the rebate/handout by $40 each! As did all the other companies. I got 0% financing for a year which was nice. The windows arrived in less than 3 weeks as they were manufactured in AZ. It took almost 2 weeks for an installation date. The guys showed up on time, 8am, and worked through the day without a lunch break, until 5pm. They really had to work to get the old steel casement windows out, especially the large inoperable picture window. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled off the old windows. A friend who got her windows a year before me paid $1000 each for her windows, and they look just like mine. Mine came to about $500 per window before the rebate. I would use Window World again.

They came to our house on time and change the windows and sliding door. They clean up every thing before they left. They were very respectful and professional.

Called to;say windowss were completed, gave us a time they would be at rhe house, arrived on time and installed 7 windows and a slider and were gone by 2:30 pm. Extremely meticulous with materials. All windows were cleaned, debris swept up. They knew exactly what they were doing....very professional. Our neighbors hired them after seeing the great job they did!!
