WE HAD USED THIS COMPANY MANY YEARS BACK FOR TWO LARGE ARCHED SHUTTERS AND HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. CALLED THREE OTHER SHUTTER PLACES AND FOUND WESTERN TO STILL BE THE CHEAPEST. TOOK TWO WEEKS LONGER THAN ESTIMATE TO GET THE SHUTTERS, BUT THEY WERE PROMPT TO INSTALL AFTER THAT. HAVE HAD THEM OUT FOR SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ON THE OTHER ROOM'S SHUTTERS (SLIGHT REPAIRS WHEN PINS COME OUT - NO CHARGE, AND ALSO TO REPLACE PIECES CHEWED BY THE DOG) AND THEY ARE ALWAYS QUICK.
Description of Work: PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF WOOD PLANTATION SHUTTERS ON TWO WINDOWS (ABOUT 3' X 5') WITH INTERIOR MOUNTING (INSIDE WINDOW FRAME), PLUS PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SHUTTER ON WINDOW IN DOOR (ABOUT 2' X 3').

CAME ON TIME. BOTH WHEN THEY MEASURED AND INSTALLED. DID A GOOD JOB. FAIRLY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY AREN'T CHEAP ANYWHERE.

THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE TO BUILD AND INSTALL CUSTOM SHUTTERS AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. TOTAL EXPERIENCE WENT WELL FROM START TO FINISH.
