Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!

Alex, Memo, and Sayyid were to pleasure to do business with. They were professional and courteous at all times. All would answer any questions I might have. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a home job right. Thx

Shelica the design consultant was Amazing, she helped us realize what worked best for our situation. We are so thankful for her and her knowledge of all the best items we needed and explained how everything was going to be right down to the end. We already have given recommendations to other people. The installers were fantastic, knowledgeable and very neat and cleaned up well. They were here on time and for all they did seemed record time to us, thanks again we Love it.

We had an old tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. The installers, Isaiah and JT, were great, answered all questions, made sure we were happy with the install, and did a great job.

Great experience from start to finish! Design consultant â Tyler Baldwinâ was amazing at easing our concerns and keeping us completely informed. The three gentlemen that arrived on both days of instillation of our new walk in shower â Mark M., Mike M. & Alexâ all very polite and always on time. We are very happy with our end result and not only will we be back but we will definitely recommend West Shore Home to our family and friends!

A new shower was installed in the master bathroom. Daniel, Jordan, and Alex were very professional and also did not make a mess when completing the job. I would recommend this company if you want a professional installation done correctly.

Barry and Alex did an amazing job. They came on time, did the work (they were very well organized and worked very hard) and gave us an AMAZING shower. Barry answered our questions, helped us decide where to place the shelves and grab bars. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new shower. It looks absolutely amazing. When they were finished, they cleaned up and finished it when they said they would. GREAT job and beautiful results.!!

Barry and JT converted our tub/shower to a walk-in shower for my mother who is elderly. Our salesperson Dave was very pleasant and thorough in helping us define what we needed to provide a safe space for my mother. Barry and JT were professional, efficient, and clean in completing the renovation. The end product is fantastic! The entire job only took 8 hours. It took so long for us to commit to getting this work done with all the story you hear about companies that take your money and either do lousy work or do not finish the job. The job was done extremely well. Very organized and efficient and asked about positioning shelves to my preference. They worked hard and did in one day without incident.

Louie Rose and Mark McNamara installed our new Master shower. We are very happy with the matrrials used, and the installation that went so moothly and quickly on a very hot Arizona summer day! They were right on time, courteous, and masters at their craft. They reviewed the project with us before beginning the work, checked in with us to confirm our placement preferance on shelves and grab bars we had chosen, and then disposed of all the old materials cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend Louis and Mark for your new shower installation!

The first time install was not done to any standard of any paying customer. We called and they sent John Salerno and Jordan Barrientos out to fix the mistakes of the first go around. They did an impeccable Job and provided outstanding customer service while in our home. They took the time to explain to us what they were doing and once completed it looked amazing!
